Have an electric furnace. which Service experts sold and installed. Have not had air working for 4 days. 900.00 and 4 technicians later. All of them "are not used to working on electric furnaces". I feel if they sell and install them, they should no how to fix them. I am loosing faith in this company

The technician Justin came back as we were experiencing a problem with Tankless Hot Water Heater , he was on time, very efficient, very patient and explained everything to us.

We have been dealing with Limcan Walker/Certified Heating Service Experts for more than 20 years.They have provided consistent and professional service during this entire time.We replaced our furnace and air conditioner this year as they were 20 years old - no issues with them but we were being proactive.The install went beautifully - again friendly, consistently professional service.Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Steve, did an excellent and thorough job with the annual tuneup of the furnace and air conditioner. Everything was done and checked with care. All was thoroughly cleaned and the job site was left in an excellent and clean condition.

The Service rep was very professional. He arrived on time. ...used booties when walking in the condo.....cleaned the air conditioner and checked that everything was working properly.....also checked to see that the temperature of the air coming out of the ducts was what it should be He took the time to explain what he had done! I would highly recommend his work!

Envridge red tagged the lines in my house claiming that there was a leak. Nate was there promptly the next morning and carefully inspected the lines and resolved both issues. Great service from a professional, dependable, knowledgable and friendly technician. I would highly recommend this company to everybody!

Well it was time for an upgrade. So after shopping around We saw the Lennox display at the local Costco We made a call and soon were contacted by a sales consultant from Service Experts a D. Bissonnette . Well Dave not only called but came for a visit and took the time to go through with the Wife and I all our options . Once our decision was made Dave set up the rest . With in days Daves team arrived (talked to a Marcus a real nice guy). The team arrived and installed our new Lennox furnace and A/C unit and removed the old and left the place and Us in top order . Marcus went over our new instillation with us and our new thermostat . Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and would look to have him back for any work in my home in the future. As for our Lennox furnace We could not be more satisfied with our purchase . What a difference it has made to our home ,quiet ,clean a real welcome comfort. We can hardly wait for the warm weather to try the new Lennox A/C . So I highly recommend Service Experts the experience was great Not a single complaint Well done Team and would use them again.
