    True Professionals

    Wow, what can I say about Captain electric? Incredible Service. From searching for electrical work to have completed on Homestars, to their polite phone call to book an appointment, they are truly professional. Kevin and Bronson arrive at the scheduled appointment, on time and courteous. They checked out the problem, analyzed the situation and found the solution. they answered all my questions with informative answers. I the asked them if they supplied and if so could they replace my old electric smoke alarms. they had them and replaced all three with all in one smoke and CO, alarms. I then asked if they had and if so could they replace my old receptacles with new and modern ones, they had and did, cleaning up all debris they made. All in all I would highly, highly recommend Captain Electric for all and any electrical needs you may have. You won't regret it. I will definitely call on them again!

This allows us to complete small repairs over 90% of the time. Smoke alarms in most homes are outdated and in need of replacement.     Very Happy With Captain Electric

    We are very happy with the service that we received from Captain Electric. A member of their team came to our house and quoted the job. He then walked us through the quote in detail, explaining things as he went. Two teams came to our home (we had quite a few things that needed to be done). They were on time, communicative and easy to work with. In addition their office team was very friendly and responsive. We are very happy with the work that Captain Electric did and we will definitely use Captain Electric again!

    Service/Panel Upgrade

    I had Kevin and Bronson from Captain Electric do a service/panel upgrade (to 200amp) with fire guard pro package. They were nothing less than awesome. Super friendly, very professional, on time, and their estimated time of completion was just about right on. I would recommend their service to anyone and everyone. It's not just about the perfection of their craft but also the ability to communicate, educate, and the willingness to walk me through the process and explain in simple terms. Really appreciate all the work they did. Any future jobs that I might need I won't even think twice, I have this company already on speed dial.

    Upgrade to 200 Amp Service

    The folks at Captain Electric was nothing short of amazing! They showed up on time in the morning and kept going until the work was done. Not only did they complete the work as expected but they fixed a number of electrical issues that creep up with an aging home. I will definitely hire Captain Electric for my next project.

    Rejuvinated Wiring

    The electricians were very pleasant to deal with especially Ryan; also the office staff. They arrived on time and finished the work in one day. I highly recommend Captain Electric.

    Installed Outlet in Garage

    Very professional and efficient. I just needed an outlet on the side of my garage where there was none for my new workspace. The guys were in and out in an hour. Thank you!

    New breaker

    From expediting the service call, providing professional service, fully answering all questions that I had and even suggesting that I speak to my home insurance carrier to see if coverage was in place I thank Captain Electric and particularly Ryan and Jonah.

    Installing potlights in condo

    Captain Electric came on-site and provided an in-depth estimate of the work required. They spent over an hour reviewing the requirements and wen tover the estimate. WIthin one week, they provided a crew of exprienced staff to complete the installation in 5 rooms in one day.

    Outlet/Circuit Breaking Issue

    We've had an issue that was getting worse in our 12yo home, we thought it was a power bar or something connected to it but were able to rule all those out. I then suspected it was the way the original Electrician installed the outlets. I researched the best Electricians on Homestars, they are not cheap but you get what you pay for as Zac and the people at Captain Electric were Professionals thru and thru. They accommodated us by wearing a mask, they were able to come very quickly, they explained the process/set costs, what the issue was and exactly how they would fix it. It made sense to me, they replaced all the outlets connected in that series. Worked like a charm, no more circuit breaker trips! Thanks, Captain Electric!

    We were happy to be of service, and solve this very annoying breaker tripping issue for you. Arc fault protection is necessary on receptacle circuits to prevent electrical fires from occurring. The connections within the circuit have to made to the highest standards, which takes more time and effort, and this is often not the case with original installation methods.Thank you Andy for the review - much appreciated.

    Great Service

    I had a new service panel installed, as well as a GFI in an existing circuit, and a totally new circuit run. Kevin and Jonah are 2 very professional electricians. The work was performed as scheduled, and we are very pleased by the result. Kevin and Jonah thoroughly checked all plugs and other existing circuits, before they finished. Great work by true professionals.
