    220 Volts & Surge Protection

    We needed to rewire a 220 volt outlet back to 110 volts and were also interested in adding professional grade surge protection to our home to truly protect all of our appliances and electronics beyond just protective power bars. Captain Electric responded promptly and were able to book us into their schedule quickly. They were very professional, knowledgeable, capable and did a great job. Tim showed up right on time, was courteous, communicative and tackled both jobs efficiently. Both he and Dave answered all of my questions about surge protection, which was very helpful...we're very happy with the results. If you're looking for honest, straightforward pros...Captain Electric is the real deal.

    Great service, clear communication, very professional

    New homeowner and wanted to get the electricity running in the garage. Kevin came around on time and diagnosed the issue straight away. Good clear communication explaining everything along the way. Fixed up some faulty wiring in the garage, labelled my breaker box and gave me some advice on other electrical issues I should consider. Cost includes three fire alarms replaced as they were over 20 years old.

    Amp service & breaker panel upgrade +surge protection+ Fireguard Pro Pkg

    Captain Electric provided excellent service in a timely fashion. Very good communication. Technicians were polite, friendly and competent. Equipment is trouble free so far. It is a company that appears to value customer satisfaction..

    Basement wiring

    We needed an overhaul of our basement wiring. We were very impressed: clear and reasonable estimate, work done efficiently and with care for detail. Rewired our basement to our complete satisfaction.

    Captain Electric are top shelf!

    These guys are pros - best in class service, the only electricians we use. Ask for Kevin specifically, he knows his stuff and is a consummate professional. Highly recommend Captain Electric.

    Remove and Replace Pull Chain Fixture and Replace electrical outlets

    Captain Electric was contacted, in order to remove and replace a pull chain light fixture, and two electrical outlets. Kevin was the technician, and I would like to say how professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient this man was. He gave outstanding service, and answered questions most effectively. This is a company you cannot go wrong with. Thanks again to Kevin and Captain Electric !!!! Well Done !!!!!

    Basement

    Ryan fixed the issue with wiring that we had in the basement and gave us professional advice. Suggested other service that may be needed in the future but no pressure. Highly recommend.

    Dishawasher Outlet - surge protector - smart thermo

    Came to install a dishwasher outlet, checked out a quirky ceiling fan, installed a surge protector and smart thermo stat both added on while on site. Outline the scope of the job along with costs prior to starting. Professional, easily identifiable with company brand logos. Polite and patient. Would recommend based on worked completed and how they presented themselves.

    Lights up

    Yesterday morning Ryan and Jackson came over from Captain Electric and it was an excellent experience. They installed LED sconces and replaced all the necessary bulbs and switches around the house. They even repaired a couple of outdoor bulbs no charge! They were totally professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them without a doubt in the future.

    Install a Wall heater in the basement bathroom

    Basement bathroom was always cold in the winter so I got one of those in the wall heaters to be installed the guys came and hooked it up to the breaker panel running the wire through the drop ceiling and into the wall and installing the heater. A+ work
