Thank you Iggy. We appreciate your commenting on our being on-time, courteous and cleaning up afterwards. ***Being on-time is very important. No one likes waiting around all-day for someone to show up. We schedule appointments within a 2-hour arrival time slot. A 20 minute call-ahead lets our clients know exactly when they can expect our electrician. ***Being "courteous" is equally important. We appreciate that our clients chose Captain Electric (they didn't have to, they could have called someone else). ***As for "cleaning up" ... that is our final impression that we leave with our client. If we performed our job well, but did not clean up afterwards, we probably would not be invited back. It all stems from respect for your our client and their home. We are proud of our team at Captain Electric, the care they show our clients, and all of us really do appreciate your comments. We look forward to seeing you again. ..... bw
