    New Eavestroughs

    Alex from Armstrong and Nelson replaced the eavestroughs on my house and they look great. He quoted a fair price and made sure I was aware of any changes/issues while the work progressed. He is a great communicator who does excellent work. I would definitely hire Armstrong and Nelson again.

    Eavestrough Leak Fix

    Prompt response, reasonable price, great service. Definitely would recommend this team for small repairs (which was in my case - eavestrough corner leak). Guys sealed the seam, aligned the slope, and added a waterspout to address the issue I had. Good service and communication as well, which does not happen often nowadays.

    ice jam and snow removal from roof/eaves

    Alex and the crew cleared an ice jam and snow from my eaves within 1 day of request. Very efficient and courteous. Would use again.

    Eavestrough replacement

    I spoke to the office and a very kind lady attended me, she made me an appointment with the technician Alex. Very friendly and professional, I am very satisfied with the work done.

    Eaves replacement

    At the begging I was a bit afraid of working with this company because of the bad reviews they have but I needed replace the eaves ASAP because the weather was getting bad and I started to have leaks in my basement. First i contacted the office and they send right away a technician to do an assessment, alex came to my house he was really nice and explained why I needed to add one more downspout to my system. I got the price and it was pretty reasonable, I talked to their office assistant and scheduled the job. When they came to do the job Gael and his crew did. Terrific job, when i came home from work I couldnt believe they were done and everything super clean, this guys are really efficient and good at what they do. Now Im getting them to do my roof on spring and I cant wait to see the full change on my house.

    Shingle repair

    I had a problem with the shingle on my house these days, but I was worried this company was not doing this type of work in the winter. However I called and they were able to schedule an inspection whit a technician on my roof, they explained the problem, they gave me several options to repair my tiles and they gave me a quote at no cost. I only had to wait for a clear day, without snow to they carry out the repair. The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly. The work was precise, fast and they left the work area completely clean as if nothing had happened. At the same time they offered to do a full inspection of my roof and gutters to detect any other damage. Without a doubt, I would choose Armstrong and Nelson again for the responsibility, honesty and trust that they showed to solve my problem.

    Ice dam removal .

    I had had a leak due to an ice dam in front of my house, I called the office and the technicians arrived, by the way, good service in the office and with the technicians; they helped me remove it and repair my roof; I hope very happy and satisfied with the service of this company.

    Installation of de-icing cables on roof

    Electricals were not installed properly. Had to get electrician to redo project. A length of cable extended from one downspout approx. 6 feet. That had to be corrected. Downspouts were reconnected very poorly. My electrician corrected that. Job cost twice as much when it was properly finished. These people are not qualified.

    fix leaking eaves trough joint

    On October 14, 2021 I contracted this company to seal two leaking corner joints in my eaves troughs which allows ice to form on my walkway/driveway during winter. After several missed appointment a young man arrived with a ladder tied to the roof of his car to make the repair. The next day the leak was still there and a different corner, which did not leak, was resealed. After many calls to the company and the serviceman the work has not been completed. As an 81 year old i cannot afford a slip and fall so I will have to hire another company to make the repair. I would suggest to anyone not to use this company unless you like throwing money away.
