I see by another post, that Rhoda has not changed her style of talking to customers. Just like Krista's experience, Rhoda called me a terrorist and threatened legal action if I didn't change my review.She claimed to know the owner of Homestars and would have it removed blah blah blah. She also accused me of having anger issues etc, when it was clearly the pot calling the kettle black. My eavestroughs still leak, but I will never deal with this company again, choosing not to use the " lifetime guarantee." That woman is scary and I don't want anything to do with her. The company called me repeatedly demanding I change the review. So I have changed it.

When our basement flooded, we called Armstrong & Nelson to fix our gutters and down spouts. Steve was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient, assessing our problem accurately and fixing it. The night after the repair was made, a thunderstorm gave us a chance to assess the job. We found a dry basement in the morning, so we were quite pleased!

I found this company on Homestars and I was not disappointed. They were teh first to respond to my request for an estimate, Jacob came exactly when he said he would and climbed up on my roof to assess the job needed to repair the problem. I received two other quotes, one by a repairman who thought he could "eyeball" the problem without climbing a ladder. I decided to go ahead with Armstron and Nelson and was not disappointed. Jacob arrived one time , cleaned up completely when the job was done and stopped by after the first heavy rain to ensure that everything had gone well. My neighbours were so impressed they hired him on the spot.That is great service!

I needed eavestroughs installed under my bay window. The technician that came, Jacob, was very knowledgable and professional. Jacob did an excellent job and made sure that i was happy with the final product. I would use Armstrong & Nelson again.

Armstrong & Nelson were prompt and easy to deal with. Jacob was able to come up with solutions for all problems and did all the work efficiently and with more than the usual care and thought. I was more than happy and grateful to have found them. I would recommend them and Jacob, in particular, highly.

I needed new eavestroughing and received several quotes. Armstrong and Nelson was not the cheapest but they were close to the best quote and I felt that they were the most professional business that I had dealt with during the quote process. I accepted their quote and the job was done promptly. I did have one minor concern with the job and I called Rhoda the owner. She was incredible and assured me that she would do whatever it took to make me satisfied. the next day I had someone come and resolve my issue. Very professional and highly recommended.

I re come over tocently had a man by the name Kevin come out to give me a quote on fasia and soffits. I was really worried because they were coming off and it looked rotten behind the fasia and soffits. He was extremely knowledgable in what he was going to do and explained in detail what was involved.I was very impressed from the intial call to the personnel on the phone to meeting and having Kevin complete the work in a professional manner.Highly recommend this company for any work on eaves soffits etc.

Through one of our many wind storms my downspout blew right off the side of my house.I called many companies in a panice because i knew we were in for rain. The lady that answered the phone was kind and knowledgable and assigned a technician by the name of Steve. She said it is classified as an emergency and he would call asap.Other companies waited 24-48hrs before calling and thank goodness Steve called me within minutes. She stuck to her word and Steve came to my rescue. Thank You Armstrong and Nelson.

While the company did a satisfactory job unclogging the gutters, they charged me the full price agreed upon for unclogging and replacing any defective parts, yet nothing had to be replaced. When I questioned this the company argued with me, then charged me a very high price for unclogging the gutter.

We were pleased with the work completed by Armstrong & Nelson on the replacement of our eavestrough and repair to the fascia. We were pleased to be able to speak to a company representative to explain our situation beforehand. August, Fernando and the team were informative, professional and conscientious. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the project.
