We had an infestation of carpenter ants in our home especially in the our downstairs apartment. The problem was totally rectified with the 2 service calls. Very efficent and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth the money. The technician even sprayed areas of my lawn that had died due to cinch bugs and got rid of that problem as well.

Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and efficient. There was no hesitation or argument in regards to a follow up appointment, and the service technician was very patient and informative..

The technician Mike was very knowledgeable about what to do to avoid the problems we were having. He recommenced things to do to avoid having the problem again which we immediately did.

We had carpenter ants all over our kitchen and diningroom. John came out and after 1 visit there were no more in the house. Not only did he get rid of our ants, he also sprayed for the wasps that normally are quite numerous around our back deck. We had very few wasps this year as a result and were very pleased. We would definitely have Abell back next year!

We had a very serious infestation of black ants, in the house, inside the walls and floors, as well as outside. The Abell technician took charge on his first trip. It took 2 more visits before the ants were all gone and each time the technician did a great job. He is knowledgeable, courteous, informative and reliable. I will highly recommend the service. Our Abell Technician deserves some very positive recognition!

To my horror I had bedbugs. I woke up one night with them crawling all over me and biting me. Thought I could get rid of them myself by vaccuuming them up and washing my bedding. But no luck they kept coming back. One call to Abell , talking to the representative on the phone about how common this problem really is, and how we together would rid my house of this problem. A lot of preparation work involved, and that wasn't fun. But when the technician, Ted, came by he was very knowledgeable, friendly and convinced that we would get rid of these nasty little bugs forever. After the first treatment, we were given boxspring covers to outfit all 4 beds, and it seemed like the problem was solved. Ted came back 2 weeks later, as scheduled to spray again and do another inspection. Questions were answered promptly and we were made to feel at ease with this situation. Thank you Ted and Abell. My home has now been bug free for months and I intend to keep it that way.

We live in an area with wood ants. They were quite bad this year and once the Abell service was done, the reduction in creepy crawlers was dramatic. Well worth the cost. We plan to get the entire package year.

I went on to check the reviews on this site and saw such good comments that I called this company. I explained the problem that a number of rats had taken up residence under my shed. They came over to give a consultation and because I have a complete phobia of these animals I said they could start immediately. The work was preformed with minimal disruption and I am glad to say they are all gone and will not come back. Thanks Abell will use you again if I encounter other problems.

We were horrified to discover mice in our house after living rodent free here for 25 years. Abell took care of the problem very quickly. The technician was very helpful and professional.
