After a trip with some unlucky contact with bugs i was paranoid about having brought them back. itching, bad dreams, etc... They came over and checked every nook and cranny, set some sticky traps and educated me on what to look for. I had nothing to worry about but this provided great peace of mind and they checked back by phone twice afterward to make sure everything was still okay. They know what they are doing and are amazing at it. Thanks!

I called Abell pest control and Linda the receptionist was very good at calming me down, since another company, (I won't mention any names but popular with the real estate agents) said we had termites from the old records dated in the early 50's Apparently, agents can get your private info from this other company quite easily if it was treated for termites in the past and could affect your power to sell even if there were no pests or termites. This is supposed to be private information to the homeowners only! Anyway Abell came and confirmed no termites and no evidence of any. All that upset for nothing, and well it is best to get a second opinion, and since Abell doesn't treat for termites they are more likely to give you an honest opinion. Atena is in the business to sell the treatment and not the inspection thanks Abell for being honest and professional with what you do!

So far Abell has been a great company to work with. Their technician who came to my house was amazing and while my problem isn't fixed yet I have no doubt she will find the issue.

My tenant contacted me regarding a silverfish infestation during the holidays. I called Abel and was able to schedule an appointment in a very timely manner and while the tenant was away. The treatment was very effective and the problem had disapeared over the following two weeks. I would certainly recommend Abel.

Hired Abell Pest Control to take care of some mice we had in our basement boy was that a big mistake. The bate traps that they laid created a much bigger problem now we have mice all over the house and in places we never had an issue with before. The traps placed in our kitchen have brought mice from the basement up to the main floor. Calling to have the these NEW issues dealt with has fallen on deaf ears. Looks like the only think Abell Pest Control is good at getting rid of is my MONEY!

I called Abell Pest Control to get the mice out of my garage and laundry room. They were recommended by a several friends and I know they're the biggest. Keith came was at my home the same afternoon. He explained to me how I got the mice (they normally come this time of year) and how to prevent this from happening next fall. He did his thing, then came back 5 days later to follow up. He came 3 times until the mice were gone, on his own we didn't even have to call him. Keith was awesome! I told our neighbours about Abell, they have the same problem. Great job Abell. Thanks!

Abell is fantastic. Living in a strata, we have had quite a few hit & misses, so I’ve opted to get my own pest control company when it’s issues within my condo & Abell is definitely a hit. The staff are kind & professional, they come immediately when you’re having an issue & they do the job right the first time. They are also kind enough to answer any questions you may have to avoid them coming out & give you good tips on what you should be prepared for depending on the season. They do free estimates (if I'm not mistaken that'd be an ongoing thing...) they can do a one-time thing, or do monthly checks, it all depends on what you're looking for or needing! Very fair price seeing as it’s done the right the first time – highly recommend!

This is an apartment building. my tenant had bedbug problems and we hired Abell. We didn't find but the tenant found him off the internet. we later spoke to Abell, they were very helpful and sent instruction a day beforehand to solve the problem. They guy later showed up and cleared the issue. The $700 involved 3 treatment. Couple months later, another tenant had the same issue but then found out the other company charges $400 for 3 treatement. Abell over charges on this service

I found Abell on Google. and called because I was really desperite they quoted $700 treatement for 3 months guarantee on bedbugs. This $700 included 3 treatments. I had Lester from Abell do the 3 treatements and I still have bedbugs issue, we spent time arguing and Lester said its because i kept on bringing them in. The first treatement, I was told to leave the house for 4 hours and I came back and I still saw bedbugs walking around. After 1st treatement, Lester said i have to wait for the chemical to work itsself. OK i thought to myself.He came back second and third treatement. I still had that issue. He charged me another $75 for a 4th treatment. After the 4th treatment its gone. But I was talking to other people and they said usually 2 treatment is enough why do i have to go through all the stress of going through 2 extra treatment. as well in total I spent a lot of time and effort in bringing my cloths to wash etc each time Abell was here. Furthermore, Lester was quite rude.

I had a wasp nest under my mobile home and as the weather turned colder they started coming in to the house. I was unable to meet the tech at the first scheduled time and was able to get fit in on a Saturday. Within a couple of days no further wasps were in the house.
