We had an irrigation system put in and we are very pleased with it and the service. It saves on water and us having to remember to water the lawn to keep it green and less weeds. I have been contracting with National Capital Irrigation & Hydroseeding Inc. for several years. National Capital opens and closes my irrigation system and make the necessary adjustments and hardware replacements, as required. Their service is reliable, prompt and professional. Their technicians are always polite and attentive to any concerns. Also, I am completely satisfied with the quality of the hardware. I have recommended National Capital Irrigation & Hydroseeding to acquaintances, and would do so again without hesitation.

I have had dealt with many irrigation companies in Ottawa but National Irrigation is the best. I think this is my 7 year in dealing with them. They are the best and they know what they are doing that too at very reasonable costs

I was introduced to National Capital Irrigation having known one of their technicians was on the same hockey team as my (now) adult son. Being the principal of a good size contacting firm in our City, we had some relationships with other irrigation firms from previous projects yet chose to try NCI from their initial approach to our opportunity - and the work being done on my personal residence. The gardens and site were complex enough and we required their services at a peak time in the season, yet they attended the site promptly and worked WITH or site superintendent in the design and installation coordination and within the schedule requested of them. Further, they were professional throughout the program and delivered a deficiency free installation with the time stated and at the price quoted. As the title of the review states, we had an exceptional experience with National Capital Irrigation and would have no hesitation in recommending their firm.

We’ve been struggling to keep our lawn green because of the size. Last year was particularly dry and our lawn was destroyed. After doing much research my wife and I selected NCI and they were the correct choice The installation process was very easy, NCI staff were knowledgeable and friendly always answering our questions. They took care of the design in order to maximize the water coverage on the lawn and they succeeded 100%, there is never a dry spot unless we want it to be dry. Craig was nice enough to come by after the first snowfall to reset 2 sprinkler heads that were moved during the installation of our walkway. We look forward to using the system for our first full year in 2019. We recommend NCI to anyone looking to have a sprinkler system installed on their property.

We built a new house on a half-acre lot and this company installed an irrigation system for us. The system is working as they said it would we're pleased with the quality and service.

Highly recommend Craig and his team. Excellent after-sales service. Always available for questions and committed to their existing clients. We have used this company in an earlier home we owned and due to their excellent customer care, we used them again on a recent home purchase.

I selected National Capital Irrigation & Hydroseeding Inc. to install an irrigation system at the end of summer 2018 after having a couple of companies come by to quote the job. The price offered by Craig was better than his competition, offered a similar, if not better warranty and offered considerable expertise regarding the install. Craig was great to deal with, professional and answered my many, many questions. On the Friday install day, the crew showed up early, were friendly and walked me through their process from start to finish. When the system was ready to be pressurized, a team member showed me how all the different zones were set up and made sure they were all working properly before leaving. A small leak was discovered after the crew left, however, they returned first thing the following Monday morning to fix the problem. Even though I was only able to use the system for a small portion of the late summer/early fall, overall, I am very satisfied with National Capital Irrigation and Hydroseeding Inc. and would recommend others contact them should they be interested in an irrigation system.
