With longish spells of scorching summer days, we were frequently compelled to leave the cottage in order to tend and water the gardens at home. National Capital kept appointments as scheduled, were efficient, polite and professional during the installation and returned promptly (and at no charge) to address a few areas that we worried had insufficient coverage. Overall, a great (and liberating) experience.

We had a pool installed which ripped up the entire irrigation system in the backyard, leaving a puzzle of broken pipes, wires, etc. Craig and his team replaced the backyard system and tied it all back into the front yard (10 zones total). Their team was great too have on site and got the work done on schedule.

We had NCI do our residential sprinkler system and they did a great job. Craig did 2 on-site visits to do consultations with us and provided us with details and a quote. We also used NCI for our spring hydroseeding and the service was excellent. The team has done a couple of follow up visits to help adjust a few settings and have provided calls and notes to let us know status and progress. ******* We hired National Capital to do the install of our irrigation system in the fall after they had done our hydroseeding in the spring. Both jobs were well done, super easy, with great communication and coordination. The irrigation system install was one day and they were happy to come back a couple of times to tweak the system and check a nozzle our landscaper accidently covered. The team is very helpful and they are on time, efficient and always left a note if I was not home to let me know what was done. It is worth the time and money we spent and are very happy with our solution and how it will help us manage over a half acre of property. They are quick to respond and Cassandra is very organized and always makes sure the team knows the job requirements. We have been very happy with the service, quality and cost of our services from NCI and would use them again!!

Craig and his team were very responsive to our needs. They came to the property twice to discuss the job and understand the layout. They were prompt when the time to seed arrived, provided detailed care and maintenance instructions, and were very helpful through follow up. When my seed did not yield the results we had hoped for, Craig was extremely understanding, explained what probably happened, and offered to come respray the problem areas. They are taking care of us even though the issues are not their fault. It feels like they consider my success to be their success—even after the invoice was paid and other company's would disappear. I recommend Craig and National Capital Irrigation. They do their absolute best to set you up for success.

You can always tell how well a company is run by the attitude of the employees.. the respect they share between eachother......such a pleasant team of fellows.. always a joy to have around !

Craig provided a competitive quote and the system was installed on time as specified. I have been very happy with the irrigation system and annual service provided by National Capital Irrigation.

Very happy with irrigation system installed by National Capital Irrigation in 2013 and serviced twice a year since. I purchased a remote for the system and when it was out of warranty they upgraded me to a wifi system for free. They have also made it easy to make adjustments to the irrigation system as I have had additional landscaping work done. Also, when they open the system, if any of the heads are damaged they replace them for free. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The irrigation system was installed according to plan several years ago and there have been absolutely no issues with that installation in the intervening period. It was done pursuant to expectations, there were no surprises, and there was good followup to ensure satisfaction. The maintenance since that time has been great and I am confident in this company's service.

Our National Capital Irrigation system dates back to the summer of 2012. It’s relatively small by some standards, but saves us many hours of work every week. It’s had to be tweaked a few times, which has always been done with competence and cheerfulness.

We built our home 7 years ago and had National Capital install irrigation as soon as sod was ordered. They have been a wonderful and reliable company ever since. They offer different levels of yearly maintenance and always easy to schedule for any unexpected appointments. All crew are friendly and respectful of our property.
