Considering the weather earlier this year, Craig, Tom and the crew worked diligently to get the install done on time, all the while Tom was consoling us that the surgery being done to our front lawn would heal, and we would not notice.. We have owned 3 houses in Ottawa and have used National Capital Irrigation at all 3 homes. At 2 of these homes National Capital Irrigation had to correct & replace faulty systems installed by other irrigation companies. National Capital Irrigation is totally professional, totally reliable and has the background and experience to look after all of your irrigation concerns. You may find a lower quote, but trust me when I say National Capital Irrigation is worth every penny. Do yourself a favour and call them to look after your irrigation concerns! Your yard will be the best one in your neighbourhood if you do!

Craig was quite thorough with his plan and estimate and competitive with his main rival in this neighbourhood. The installation crew, led by knowledgeable Tom, was excellent. Even the plumber that made all of the inside/outside interconnects was excellent. The Hydrawise WiFi controller and entire irrigation system have functioned perfectly since day one. Hats off to everyone involved.

After a couple of call and E-mail, the company finally fixed the leaked pipe that they installed a year ago. My lawn started to turn green with the irrigation system working.

Crew arrived, worked like hell and got it all installed, then explained how everything worked. Very pleased with the system. Ongoing maintenance is good. They come and close the system at year end and conduct a thorough inspection.
