    Amazing Snow Removal

    The service is amazing. We are always notified via email when the technician will come by and also receive pictures of before and after of the snow removal. Everyday very early in the morning and whenever snow accumulates, the service technician is at our house clearing and working so hard to make our driveway and sidewalk safe and clear. We cannot express enough what wonderful, valued, reliable service we receive from Naiad Irrigation in the winter months. Thank you for making winter in Calgary so bearable.

    Irrigation Winterization

    I booked Naiad for my irrigation winterization this year. They kept me up to date with everything leading up to the appointment date, including a photo of the worker that was scheduled to perform the service. They were great, well priced and professional, and I would use them again for this service next year. Thank you!

    Repairs to underground sprinkler system

    I contacted them to come out and repair two zones of my underground sprinkler system, and they were out within a few days and repaired it well, and I found the price acceptable.

    These guys are awesome!

    I’ve used these guys for years. They do our spring sprinkler maintenance and our fall shut down. They are responsive, reasonably priced and they explain the full service. They even gone above and beyond to help us with some maintenance. They helped us swap some sprinkler heads and they did it quickly and did it as part of their annual service.

    Install and service have been great

    Had Naiad install a sprinkler system last year. Quoting and installing process was good. Support and servicing have been really smooth too. I messed up the timing of winter shut down and they were able to reschedule the next day, so that was great.

    Irrigation system service

    We use Naiad for many years and always happy with their professional service, they fix any problems we have, always turn up on time. Recommend to anyone who needs install or maintain the irrigation system

    sprinkle blowing

    have been working with them three years. This winter as well. Totally not bad at all. Some sprinkles broken was mentioned, Need a repair for some sprinkles that haven't done yet.

    Fall sprinkler blowout

    I needed my underground sprinklers blown out prior to freezing. I booked and paid online. Once this was completed I received communication about the date and time of day the technician would arrive. My appointment was first stop in the morning and I was able to meet the gentleman doing the work and ask a couple of questions since this was the first time I was having it done in my new home. He was friendly answered my questions and I received a small partial refund later because I had booked for too many zones online. Will use them again.

    Sprinkler Blow out

    Amazing service. Texted when they were there. Had photos and left tags so I knew the job was done perfectly. Walked me through what I needed to do before and after appointment. Will email reminders for seasonal maintenance. Easy communication. Organized company. This company actually cares about their clients. I highly recommend you use them so you don’t run into issues with other companies like we have in the past. Skip the headache and get the white glove service for the same or less financial commitment.

    Irrigation install, maintain and repair

    Professional in every aspect of the project. From quote through completion. We were kept fully informed of what and why things were done as they were. After 10 years the only repair ever needed was due to my negligence when I hit a line digging a hole. Their yearly blowout are always on schedule and never once an issue with any staff. We have a dog and the guys/gals are always paying attention when they arrive that the gate has been latched upon exit.
