    Huge Price Bump

    I have been a pretty happy customer since 2011. However, Naiad increased the charge for water blowout from $138 to $187 this year. It is very difficult to justify a 35% price bump as a long term customer. I mentioned that I will discontinue Naiad's water blowout service due to the price bump on the phone, was simply told that they will remove me from the email list. It is very unfortunate that there didn't seem to be care for customer loyalty nor retention.

    Damaged Irrigation Repair

    Fernando was dispatched to our home where a professional and speedy cost saving repair was executed. A 1st class technician who exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Wouldnt hesitate to call Naiad for all or any issues in the future. They also take care of our Fall system blow outs which were pleased with. Thank you Naiad! My hat is off to Fernando.

    Irrigation installation and maintenance

    Another quick and efficient winterization by Naiad Irrigation Systems. From full installation of our irrigation system years ago in Auburn Bay, to yearly winterizations and occasion maintenance, Naiad has always been great with communication, response time, and professionalism. Myles, along with the rest of his crew, always go above and beyond and are really wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!

    4 zone sprinkler blownout

    Needed to get my sprinkler system blown out for winter. Found Naiad on Google. Set everything up online easily. They contacted me to move it earlier due to approaching weather. Service was fast and affordable. Tech was friendly. Will definitely use them again if this is consistent service from Naiad.

    Irrigation Repair

    Naiad was so quick and efficient! They called me back right away after I consulted. They got me booked in within a couple days. We worked with Josaphat. He was friendly, easy to talk to and respectful of our property. He told me the price and plan prior to starting his work. It got done in less than an hour and was no work to us. He even told us about other promotions and options for any changes we may want for our irrigation system in the future. Highly recommend Josaphat and Naiad for anyone looking for support with irrigation!!

    Amazing customer service

    From the office staff to the service technicians very friendly and professional. They stayed until I was happy and did a great job. Would recommend this company for all my sprinkler needs.
