    Sprinkler system winterization

    Great customer service from this company. I had my sprinkler system winterized by Naiad this year. It went as planned until I looked at my completed receipt and noticed it said 5 zones were completed (I had 6 zones). I notified Naiad to see whether this was a typo or if in fact they only did 5 zones. The manager got back to me immediately and said they’ll send someone back out tomorrow to redo it just to be safe. Very satisfied our overall experience with this company.

    Highly recommend

    I have used Naiad for both spring turn on and fall blow out for my irrigation system for 4 years. They are professional & knowledgeable. Always willing to answer questions.

    Fast, effective and right what was needed

    I had reached out to Naiad early in the morning on their website (6 am) They responded back quickly and arranged to have the sprinkler lines blown out. I was impressed how quickly they were able to complete the work, the communicated well, from initial service to followup once service was completed. GREAT JOB NAIAD

    Winter Blow Out Completed

    As always, top notch service! thank you and just in the nic of time before the apocalypse happened here in Calgary. This is such a fantastic company to have services through!

    Sprinkler system and general maintenance

    I used Naiad to install my sprinklers system. They did a great job, on time on budget and they sold me on the timer upgrade. I love the timer linked to the app, I control the panel from anywhere, reduce my water consumption. Naiad’s team is great to deal with, I highly recommend them.

    Residential sprinkler system

    Naiad was quick to schedule an appointment and did a great job fixing our sprinkler system. Their technician was very courteous and efficient.

    Irrigation Repair

    Called Naiad on a neighbours recommendation as I was frustrated with my current company and their inability to repair (diagnose) their own system (they walked away from a 3.5 hr repair job which still hadn’t been corrected) and left me with a big bill! When the tech from Naiad arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem which was basically poor wiring/splicing and corrected all issues in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional in dealing with customers, and clearly knows his job, even if the system is installed by others using their equipment. Most importantly he made sure to test the system before he left.

    Irrigation - Installation and servicing

    I have used Naiad Irrigation for over five years from original installation to yearly servicing. As a homeowner with a newly installed irrigation system, I had many questions and the staff at Naiad were there to help me understand the workings of an irrigation system. Naiad has done all of my servicing needs from cross connection certification, spring activation and fall blow out. Naiad staff are courteous, willing to answer my questions and assist me in accommodating my schedule. Thanks Myles and gang!

    Spring Activation for irrigation system

    Used this company for the winter blow out and again this year for the spring start up. Technician was on time and found a small leak in one of the lines that was repaired while he was here. Great work at a good price!

    Snow Removal Services

    We are so happy with the service! Very professional, always provides me with a notice as to when service has been dispatched and when service has been completed (even includes a picture). We will definitely use them again next year. I highly recommend Naiad for snow removal services!
