    Irrigation System

    The people and service I received from Naiad Irrigation are top notch. This is the second year with the Naiad Irrigation system and our lawn has never been better. The start up, blow out and inspection services are great. I would definitely recommend using Naiad to anyone looking to install an irrigation system.

    Excellent Products and Service

    We had our system installed in the spring and in every respect our expectations were exceeded! The quality of products were better than we had in previous installs and the few minor adjustments needed were quickly responded to and done correctly. Our winterization was done on day promised . I would highly recommend Naiad and have done so already!

    winter service

    I booked my winter service in June allowing me to pick the date I wanted in mid October. As promised, one week before the service I received an email reminder. On the day of the service it was below freezing, we had snow on the ground. The technician was friendly, professional and very patient as the lines were partly frozen. We worked together and ran water into the system until we could get things flowing and then turned off the water and blew down the system. I recommend them value and service delivered on time.

    Summer/winterize

    Have used Naiad to winterize twice now and once for a spring reactivation and service. Knowledgeable service rep who helped get the system up and running again. We had a minor isssue with not getting our bill sent and having a late charge. The company manager was willing to waive the change and for that reason we will always use Naiad! Great company

    Irrigation winterization.

    I called Naiad to winterize my irrigation system on my home. They chose the date which turned out to be the 1st call on the morning of Oct 13. It was a frosty morning and I briefly chatted with the fellow who was going to do the work. I had to head to work so I could not stick around. He said he would have to come back next week if the lines were frozen. It turned out that he did blow the lines but did a fast job as my wife explained to me. My concern is the fact that the technician broke my outside valve that hooks the water to the irrigation system. This is how cold it was at 9am when he tried to do the job. I wish they had waited until the weather was warmer to properly blow the system and not break the valve! Also compensation for the broken valve would be in order. Update: After they read my review Naiad did contact me to explain they would come around in the spring to replace the valve. They did indeed replace the broken valve in the spring to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased that they rectified the problem and will recommend there services.

Here at Naiad Irrigation Systems, customer satisfaction and customer service are our top priorities, and it is through feedback such as yours that we are able to better adapt our training and work procedures to provide the most professional and pleasant customer experience. Although, we normally expect to show up at a home and be able to winterize an irrigation system without issues, there are times when unexpected issues may come up during this service. And they may arise as a result of the process itself, or previous conditions that led to the issue in the first place. Regardless of this, our technicians are expected to record any problems they encounter, so that once things wind down, we can to email these notes to our clients at the end of the busy season. This way we can discuss in detail and propose the best solution possible. With this in mind, when we are doing winterizations, our vehicles are fully stocked with parts that only pertain to effectively winterizing the many types of irrigation systems that we service, but not for actually repairing any damage to the system, so any repairs noted during the winterization would need to be taken care of in a separate service appointment in the spring of next year. There are a few other reasons for not performing service work at the time of the winterizations namely that we are not able to test our repairs with water to ensure that they are properly repaired. Please know that we understand your concern, given the freezing weather conditions in the first weeks of October. However, we believe that carrying out the winterization on the date as scheduled, was the proper course of action. And delaying the winterization for another date, hoping that the weather would turn around, would have definitely been negligent from our part, as this would have increased the chances that your mainline and valves would have frozen even more; not to mention the potential damage that this would've caused. Having said that, please rest assured that your system was properly winterized and know that we stand 100% behind our work. Should there be any damage, due to an improper winterization or freezing, we will take full responsibility and repair them at no cost to you in the spring.     5 Zone Irrigation

    We had a lot of quotes for irrigation and our lot is not a standard shape and size (+5000 ft2 with no corners). I was totally impressed with the level of detail provided, essentially a lot and home diagram with all the sprinklers and radius indicated. Based on the upfront quality I was confident in level of service. The job was done well and efficient. Naiad also ensured in follow up that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend to use.

    Sprinkler System repair

    On May 25, 2015 they sent a very inexperienced tech to repair and re-route our sprinkler system and after spending hours with this tech and paying $325, we accomplished nothing. On July 25, 2015 they sent another tech who was more experienced and ultimately he was able to accomplish what was supposed to be done at the first time and the second bill was $343.72. Naiad refused to take any responsibility or accountably for the first bill or take off charges from the first bill which we paid for nothing.

    Good Day B. Sen, Thanks you for your honest feedback. Every year we do hire a lot of summer students to fill the role as service techs and because of that we do get them for 3-4 years, but then ultimately they do move onto bigger and better things. So, we do have to replace about 10% of our service crew every year. The new crew members are sent off for one week with an experienced service tech, so that they can learn what is required to service an irrigation system. All that being said, some calls cannot be done by everyone. Our standard policy is to get some boots on the ground first to see what the issue is and 95% of the time our newest tech can figure it out. In the event that they cannot, the service tech can call our service manager and from there we do assess the situation to see if it is a more advanced call. If it is, which it was in your case, we do send out our most experienced tech to take care of it. We would love to keep the brightest and best service techs on staff, but the reality is that after a few years, they are done school and getting a job in their field. We do not bill differently for experience, we do have one flat rate for our service techs. So our clients do pay the same for every one of our service techs.     Winterization of Sprinkler System

    I have used this company now two years in a row. As a first time home owner I had alot of questions regarding the sprinkler system and making sure I service it properly. I found this company online and was able to book online as well. The customer service was great and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Winter Blow Out Completed

    Just had Naiad complete my sprinkler winterization for another year. Very happy with the organization, speediness, and communication this company provides. Work was done on time and to my satisfaction. WIll use them again next year for Winterization.
