    Installation, winterization

    Great service. Very professional. Definitely recommend. Naiad has done a very good job installing the sprinkler system in my yard. Everything has been done in a timely manner. Same with winterization.

    Winterization

    They did a great job. I will use them again next year for sure. Pricing was on par and service was very good. I would recommend naiad for all of your irrigation needs.

    Underground sprinkler install and fall blowout

    Great customer service. Had underground sprinkler installed this spring. Excellent job as well as excellent product. Fall blowout was part of service and was done at our convinence. Highly recommended!

    Sprinkler system

    Naiad did a great job of installing a sprinkler system that was challenging, a walk out basement and lots of concrete. They listened to our wants, were easy to reach, always came on time and were very helpful when I was learning to system.

    Winterization of Sprinklers (blowout)

    I had a great experience with NAIAD. I booked online - which made the whole process very easy. They came to our condo on three separate occasions because a unit owner did not turn our water off in time, and they were never upset or annoyed with us. Their customer service was wonderful and such a pleasure to deal with! We will use them next year and recommend to all. Thank you!

    Irrigation Installation

    Fabulous service - on time - on schedule - on price. No hidden tricks all their work is what and how they say it will be done. I especially like the QA feature - the work was done then inspected a few days later by a different person - any adjustments were made at my request on the spot. Came and winterized it as part of the first year offering BONUS!. Would do business with these folks any day! I will pay for quality workmanship over just price any day.

    Sprinkler Blow Out

    They were quick and efficient, job was done well and for a very reasonable cost. They also made sure to note if there were any issues with the system and gave excellent instructions. Great company! Will be using them again for sure!

    Winterization of Sprinkler System

    Service itself was excellent. However, invoice showed photos of wrong house & yard and it took a couple of calls to get this cleared up. To my surprise, they came back a second time to confirm the blow-out, because of the error with the photos.

    Home Irrigation System

    I use them to winterize my system as well as had them come and fix an issue with my sprinklers. I was having an issue with one zone not turning on, they fixed this and then also fixed a few other issues I had with specific sprinklers and settings. Great service!

    Winter service for underground sprinklers

    Winter service for underground sprinkler system. Previous owners of home didn't leave a contact number for the company that installed the sprinkler system. Researched two companies which came down to picking one. We choose Naiad as neighbors down the way were really impressed with the instalation team that installed their system. Neighbors were right, gentlman who preformed the sevice was very polite and took care not to damage any plants. The price was on par with other companies so we didn't feel as if we were take advantage of. The only improvement I could suggest is a call prior to their workers coming onto the property.
