    Underground Irrigation and Blowout

    The team at Naiad was great from the booking, design, installation, and following fall blow out everyone has been very professional and helpful. They showed up when they said they would and the quality of the work is first rate. We were so impressed with their work that we recommended our parents contact them for their irrigation and they enjoyed the same great service. I would use Naiad again without hesitation for an underground irrigation system and will continue to use them for our fall blowouts.

    mid season repair and winterization

    Our experience with Naiad has been terrific! We have been "winterizing"customers for several years and have always experienced excellent service, on time, good workmanship, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Likewise with some service work we had done this year . . . Very good Team!

    SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALL

    From start to finish Naiad was professional, punctual and flexible to our schedule. Miles was always available to take my calls and answer questions. Our property is a walk out and was a difficult install. The install team were polite, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up and replaced paving stones etc. This install was one of the last ones done in the fall and they tested it but assured me they will be back in the spring to start it up and make sure it is all running well. We appreciated their service since we find more and more companies that do a hurried job with little attention to customer service. Thank you Naiad.

Our install technicians try to make sure the install is the least evasive on your landscaping as possible.We will be back in the spring to activate your system and do a walk through with you to show you how the system works and answer any questions you may have in regards to your new irrigation system.

    Irrigation Winterizing

    Great customer service, very quick appointments as well. I believe we got our appointment within a few days of calling. We even forgot to turn off our water to the sprinklers, and a nice note was left saying they would be back, and they were. It is our first winter with the sprinkler system and we were very happy with the service. We will be calling your in the spring.

    Underground Sprinkler Service

    Naiad has serviced our sprinkler system for the past two years. This year we had some issues with our sprinkler heads and I needed some info on the issues before having them repaired. A technician called me personally to go over the issues and was very pleasant to deal with.

    Irrigation Winterization

    This was my first experience wth Naiad Irrigation and winterization of my system. They were very easy to deal with, professional in how they performed the service with minimal interuption to the home and efficient.

    Fall Blowout

    I have been using Naiad for my fall irrigation system blowout for 5 years now. I have never had a problem. In fact they always show up when they promise and always return my phone calls and emails. I would not hesitate to use them for other services as well. It's nice to know that there is a reliable irrigation contractor that I can call if I have a problem.

    Naiad Irrigation Systems personnel have been wonderful to work with. They have a great easy system. They are a very professional and experienced company and I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

    Annual maintenance

    These guys are great, always on time and always done right. Replace what needs to be replaced and always offer good tips. Office staff are great to deal with and very helpful.

    Blowing my lines for my watering system

    I was genuinely impressed by the professional approach of the Naiad Irrigation Systems company executes their business. Because I work out of Ft Mac, it is hard to support your family and home from a 500 plus mile away.. Their "well being" is always on your mind. Fortunately, when I emailed Naiad's people I always received a prompt supportive response. This is rarely experienced in our day and age. The response generally took a few days but I sent as many a 10 communications to the secretarial staff. All company responses were cordial and constructive. We got the job done without any confusion or issue. Their people provided a accurate comments and on "point" and we did the job smoothly; I asked for the report on job and outcome. Because of this smoothness of dialogue, I was obligated to pay as promptly or as well as the job they did. Thank you for the way you do your job. Respectfully James H. Butler.

That way if you are out of town, you can be assured that we have attended your property and completed the service required.
