Adolfo and Raffa of Mapleleaf Electric wired our basement bathroom and laundry area recently as part of our latest renovation. This included pot lighting and power outlets. They were very courteous, professional, and took the time to understand our needs. What we really appreciated was that they checked in with us for approval throughout the process, before moving forward. As well, they advised us on how to improve our electrical layout. As the Construction Coordinator on Income Property I work with a lot of trades. Alex and his Maple Leaf Electric team have been a fundamental component of the Income Property television series since Season 2, and we're grateful to have them. They're dedicated, responsible, talented, considerate, professional and its always a great pleasure to work with them. Alex, Adolfo and Rapha are incredibly hardworking and always take pride in a job well done. As the former construction coordinator for ‘Income Property’, I have worked on a lot of construction sites with a lot of different trades people; and I have to say that having Mapleleaf Electric part of the show since Season 2 has been incredible! Alex, Adolfo and Rapha are able to work within our extremely tight deadlines, our varying budgets and side by side with our crew. They never forgo quality or safety and are always happy to be on site. Alex and his crew are professional, talented and above all kind-hearted people who are passionate about their work and I know I can always rely on them to get the job done regardless of the size or scope. From entire knob and tube removal to installing pot lights to simple wiring, they are completely capable of any job. I would sincerely recommend Mapleleaf Electric to anyone looking for a great electrician. I give them 10 stars without any doubt!

We have been using Alex, and his team Adolfo and Raffa since season 2 of Income Property on every renovation the show has taken on. You wont see him every episode but he is always there, running our new electrical, installing all the light fixtures and hooking up all of our appliances. I know when Alex shows up, all that faulty wiring and anything that is not up to code gets taken care of. The electrical wiring is something I dont have to worry about when Mapleleaf shows up. Wheather its adding a couple pot lights and adding a washer and dryer line, to completely re-wiring a house, Alex and his team are always on time and budget. Thanks for being a part of the team Adolfo, Raffa and Alex.

Hottest day of the year so far and no A/C; Alex and his crew came by and got things going in short order. Very happy with the result; would recommend to anyone who enjoys friendly knowledgeable service.

What can I say about Mapleleaf Electric? Everything was stellar from the initial call to the installation. I researched several electricians and there were 3 reasons why I chose Mapleleaf Electric. 1. perfect 10 on all reviews 2. Alex was a guest star on the show Income Properties. I thought that was very credible. 3. back to back awards for best light/electricians. Alex and team came by right on time. Provided some great feedback on what was best. Installed potlights for me in less than half a day with no mess. I was debating back and forth initially as to which electrician to use but I'm glad I chose Alex and team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for electrician. Would definitely do business again. Thanks again to Alex and team. My wife and I are very happy with our new potlights. :)

Mapleleaf Electric was fantastic. I've completed several renos over the past 2 years, and this was the first time that I've been completely satisfied with the electricians. Rafa and Adolfo were extremely knowledgeable, worked very hard, and offered a very good price for the high quality work that they performed. They definitely exceeded my expectations - and I will now only be using Mapleleaf for future renos.

I hired this company after reviewing their Homestars feedback forum. Alex responded promptly with a return call followed by a home visit. He was on time for the initial visit and the two days that his crew was at my home. From my observation, teamwork is the key to their success. Alex, Adolfo and Rapha's personalities seem to be in harmony. I truly enjoyed their company while they were performing the work, that I prepared them a bbq lunch in order to celebrate my pot light installation! They were very mindful about respecting my home and contents, and always left their work area clean. Their work was superb and was peformed professionally. Their past reviews are very representative of my experience. So glad that I dealt with them. I intend on hiring them in the future for additional electrical outlet installation. The guys did a great job and recommended the right potlight system. Another surprisingly highly rated electrician installed hivolt lights in an insulated attic and they constantly overheated and tripped out. Now i have the right lights installed and there hasnt been an issue in months... Several fixtures installed and Alex helped my trouble shoot my hardwired carbon monoxide detectors that were giving me trouble.

This is a homestars review that does not disappoint. I had Alex come give me a quote to rewire 2 bedrooms we were renovating, as well as add a pony panel for a new AC for central air. He spent 20-30minutes at my house doing the quote, asking me exactly what I wanted and even tested some of the existing wiring and looking at my breaker box. No other electrician spent more than 2 minutes asking me what I wanted, and none took a look at my breaker. Alex and his crew quoted me 800$ and said he would be back in 2 days at 8am. 2 days later at 8am sharp Alex and his crew were at work rewiring upstairs. They put everything precisely where we had asked, tested all the wiring and added the pony panel and stayed on budget. They also vacuumed up the mess they made, even though the house is under construction. When you call Mapleleaf, request Alex and his crew- you will not regret it. When
