Once again had a nuisance job - and in an older home where nothing goes as expected! Alex and his team did a great job, thinking outside the box to come up with a creative solution that works really well and meets code. They are nice to deal with and do a quality job.

We called Mapleleaf Electric Inc. after seeing their great reviews on this website. And boy are we glad that we did. Alex and his crew arrived on time to do their work. They were very professional, and very patient with any questions that we had. Not only that, they kept the area clean as they worked, and things were tidied up after everything was done. We are very happy with the results, and there are no scratches or holes on the walls or ceilings. The work was done very clean and precised. A week later we called Alex back to install a rough-in for our pendant light in the kitchen. And again, Alex and his crew did a great job and gave us what we wanted. We would definitely recommend Mapleleaf Electric Inc. to anyone!

We found alex from Mapleleaf Electric here on Homestars and I loved the reviews. I just knew I had to hire them to install 17 potlights in my dining room, kitchen, hallway& livingroom. We found Mapleleaf Electric from seeing their work van in our area. We noticed on their van that they were rated #1 on this actual website and we didn't think twice to give them a call. We spoke to Alex and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns with our kitchen renovation, which included installation of 8 potlights and undercabinet lighting. Alex showed up ON TIME the same week with his crew and completed the job 1 day. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were very clean and organized. I will definaltely recommend Alex and his amazing crew to anyone who needs any work done in their home.

Called Alex and within one week had a smooth, professional installation of potlights on our main floor. Alex managed to provide a good layout with minimal difficulty. Will be calling him again very soon for our kitchen remodelling.

After using many crappy contractors & electricians, it was a pleasure to work with someone I trusted to do the job right. If a problem arose, Alex suggested an alternative instead of looking dumb and saying "i dunno..." I hate people who give up! Alex takes pride in his work. My house is an older one and the job took twice as much time as expected, however Alex remained firm on his price. Look no further... you may find a lower price but I feel comfortable paying a little more knowing the job is done right and well.

We bought a 100 year old Victorian home that had knob & tube wiring. Our jobs mainly consisted in removal of 60% knob & tube & installing a number of potlights. We found this company on this site; it was not easy because we didn't know anybody to help us to choose the right company for this specific job. We did a lot of research before hiring Mapleleaf Electric. We called 8 highly rated companies and 4 of them showed up. After meeting Alex it was clear to us that he was the one for the job. You can tell that Potlights is his passion and he has tremendous amount of experience with. He is a real perfectionist and spectacular at what he does. His crew worked diligently on our home and completed the job within the time frame that was given. The ugly part was removed (knob & tube) and now the beauty stands out with the 25 potlights installed in the new addition of the house. We are extremely happy we found Alex. Now, I realize what you mean with your slogan "We're the expert that everyone is talking about", as it's writing in your truck. We will be talking about you for a long time with my friends and family.

We were at the end of our basement renovation with a very high estimate for another electrician, we called Maple Leaf Electrical for a second quote which Alex provided. Note only did he provide an estimate that was considerably less than the other electrician but he accommodated us into his busy schedule. He accomplished the job in the time frame and within the budget he committed to despite encountering unforeseen complications. He and his team were thoughtful in their approach. Moreover, they were very considerate, respectful and neat. Alex and his crew even tidied up at the end of the job.
