Called for service during ice storm.Received a call back within minutes.I was instructed over the phone as to how to put our heat pump on emergency mode until a service technician was able to come out and assess the problem.The technician Kim Meadus came out exactly at time scheduled and was quick to discover what the problem was.We found him to be quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail.We actually learned a lot from him about our heat pump.We would highly recommend Link Climatecare. kim Meadus successfully diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and then returned to put in the new part. Did a thorough of the furnace, He is very skilled, and a very pleasant person to chat with. Kim came back for annual AC service and furnace service. As usual, excellent work and very pleasant to deal with.

Just a brief note about a couple recent service calls with Link ClimateCare. We had Kyle and Kim over for 2 separate calls; one dealing with the electric furnace (Kyle), and the other for the heat pump (Kim). Both gents are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We ended up only needing some minor repairs. Great customer service.

We had a furnace and air conditioner installed about a month ago. The technician Kyle was friendly and efficient. He did a fantastic job. He was very professional and cleaned everything up so I didn’t even know he was here. The unit works grea! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Kim , technician was knowledgable ,checked out the noise that we described to him with one of our furnaces. He did the inspection however nothing was found to be a problem. Recommended new filters. Ryan, our regular technician for service, delivered and installed the new filters. He reviewed the functioning of the filters and how to maintain them to get the longest possible life.
