    Great Service

    The cooling on my 14 year old Geothermal stopped working but a call to Link Climate Care provided a service representative, Chris, who arrived within a couple of hours and had the problem resolved quickly. Couldn't ask for better service on what has turned out to be a quality product. Thanks.

    service the furnace

    Mike arrived right on time as scheduled and worked neatly and efficiently. He was pleasant and explained things as he went along. He was helpful and made some suggestions about further care. I highly recommend him and his workmanship.

    Fan blower replacement

    Kim showed up on time, he was friendly, and worked quickly to repair our fan blower. The work was guaranteed for 90 days and everything was done to our satisfaction.

    Service on air conditioner

    Great job done by Chris and Kim. Chis found a very small leak in the coolant pipe just as he was finishing cleaning the furnace. Kim came a day later and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with their work.

    geothermal maintenance

    Kim Meadus is a professional maintenance service person from Link. He was responsible, courteous and knowledgeable about the work he conducted on our geothermal furnace and gave advice about the settings on our thermostat for economical continued heat and cooling in our home.

    no heat - water in furnace pressure switch

    Kim was our service technician. He arrived promptly on a Saturday afternoon, identified the problem and did the replacement/repair. He completed all the safety checks to ensure the furnace was operating within specifications. Kim was courteous and professional. I can highly recommend Link ClimateCare for furnace service work

    Heating Evaluation

    Service call to identify heating issues with part of the house. Link service technician was very thorough in assessing the new heating system in the house. Some issues were identified and air flow adjustments were implemented. Service call did not completely resolve the issue but it was a good start

    Winter service to Furnace/Heat pump/A/C and Hvac

    Mike was our service man best and most thorough inspection we ever had. Knows his products and how best to get them working most effectively & explains what he found and did.

    Water furnace check up

    Mike was here early and did an excellent job on a check up on our furnace. It is running well so that is great. He was friendly and very efficient.

    Yearly Furnace Maintenance

    Each year I trust my cottage heating system Maintenance to the professional service of the Link Climate Care Technicians. For the past two years I have had the pleasure of having Mike T to provide this service for me. Mike is extremely professional and accommodating. He arrives when scheduled with a positive outlook and definitive excitement for what he does. After covering his outside footwear with "booties" to protect my flooring he wastes no time getting to his service. Always willing to answer my questions and offer advise with explanations that anyone with no HVAC experience can understand. Thanks so much Mike for all you do - See you next year. Jeff
