    Replaced windows with Ambia Windows & Doors

    I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of professionalism exhibited by both Tony, the Ambia representative who provided the quote and managed the entire installation process, and Chris along with his crew who executed the window installation with exceptional workmanship. The quality of their work and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. I have no doubt that I will choose their services again in the future.

    Entire house window and sliding door replacement

    We decided our 15-year-old build-grade (cheap quality) windows were due for a change. We reached out to 3 different companies for quotes. Jason from Ambia gave us our 3rd and best quote. He was a pleasure to deal with - patient, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us into extras. Ambia sells 'Stage' brand windows, which is a brand I've come to know through previous quotes and the windows I wanted to get. We chose to go with triple-glaze, black exterior windows. We have shutters and there was extra cost associated with ensuring the new window frames would fit them back after installation. The install crew that Ambia sent was efficient and finished the work in 2 days. They've done a good job at keeping the mess to a minimum. They cleaned up all debris inside and out. However, be prepared to vacuum and dust surfaces after the work is complete. It's inevitable. I immediately felt the difference with these windows compared to the old ones. Standing behind one in direct sunlight did not feel nearly as hot as with the old, which proves to me that they are indeed a lot more insulating. Will update my review after a winter season. I recommend Ambia as they've provided us with great and friendly service, a competitive price, and my initial impressions of the windows are very positive so far.

    Front Doors

    Ambia replaced our front doors. Professional, courteous and done right! Would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends and family.

    New window for entire house

    Thank you Ambia Windows and Doors for installing the windows to my home and helping me understand the energy rebate program. I have been able to save money on my windows and have made my home more energy efficient. As well, everyone I dealt with at Ambia Windows and Doors were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will not hesitate to call this company again for future business.

    Replacement windows and doors

    Our outside doors and basement windows were the originals, i.e., as old as the house. Couple basement windows had broken glasses. One outside door is leaking draft at wintertime. It is time for replacement. I asked for estimations from several windows and doors contractors. Ambia came in as very reasonable. Tony from Ambia was very patient to answer my questions and suggested options and models. After at least a dozen emails back and forth of discussions, I finally agreed on a plan. On the day of installation, the installers arrived on time and spent a whole day to install the windows and doors. Tony called to ensure everything was going on well. After the installation, Tony called again to ensure that we were happy with the products. I told Tony that I had one issue with the basement windows. Tony agreed to remedy the issue without extra charge even though the standard feature does not include that. He arranged the installers to come back and fixed the issue. I must say that Tony is the main reason for Ambias success. He is knowledgeable with products and patient with customers. He would go the extra mile to make customers happy with their products and workmanship. So far, we are very happy with our new windows and doors. I would not hesitate to recommend Ambia Windows and Doors to anyone.

    Windows and patio door replacement

    Tony/Ambia will not disappoint; I reached out to a couple of companies to replace my windows and patio door. I settled on Ambia for various reasons (it was a combination of pricing, product quality, and customer experience). I replaced 15 windows and a patio door and I am very happy with the outcome. The installers were very efficient and they were done in 2 days. There were a couple of minor issues (cosmetic mainly) however Tony arranged the paper work and these parts were replaced under warranty in a timely manner. This only solidifies that Ambia stands behind their work/product quality paired with Tony going above and beyond to guarantee customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend Ambia and would like to extend my gratitude to Tony for all of his hard work and staying on top of things.

    Windows for entire home

    Windows all over home and backyard door with screen and glass insert

    Ambia is a great company to go with for windows and doors. Jimmy was readily available to go over details and was patient with all my inquiries. He recommended casement, picture windows, which made my windows look so much bigger! I replaced almost all my windows in the house and installed a new backyard door with a glass and screen insert. Everything was really nice quality. The installer Chris and his team are hard workers that worked quickly and got everything done with good quality. I will be reaching out in the future, thank you Jimmy!

    Windows and door replacement

    We replaced all 17 windows and 1 side door with Ambia in early 2023. Tony was great to deal with when preparing for the project, proposing layouts and recommending an Energy Advisor for the grant's audit. He kept us informed during the time leading up to the installation, and followed a few times with us after completion to see if we were satisfied or needed some questions answered. He provided great customer service. Dragan and his team of installers were punctual and efficient performing the whole installation in 2 days. We are very pleased with the result.
