    Window Retrofit

    My experience with the Ambia team was excellent. I was looking to retrofit 10 windows in my home and I contacted Ambia in the fall of 2022. Jimmy came out to my home and spent over an hour going over his recommendations for the windows. He carefully measured each window and made sure that the new windows would also work well with our existing window coverings. He then provided a very detailed quote of the work requested. I had another company simply give me a back of the envelope number for a quote (also a highly recommended company) JImmy made it very clear that it would take roughly 3 months for the windows to be ready. He also emailed me when he had any updates on the installation date. Jimmy let me know that he was going to be on holiday when our installation date was to be. He advised me that Tony, who owns the company would be in touch. Not only was Tony in touch, he called me a few days prior to expected date and advised me that he would like to have the installer come a day or two earlier as the weather would be better to have the job done. The installers did a super job with the retrofit. Everything fit perfectly just as Jimmy stated it would. They also left no mess in or around our home. Tony was also able to get me in touch with Quincy who was able to do some painting of the windowsills that needed an update once the windows were installed. Quincy did a fantastic job as well. Everything looks great. Tony also took the time to call me to make sure that I was pleased the windows and the work the installers did. All in all Tony and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Ambia to others looking for windows.

    New Windows - installed

    All round great experience with Ambia. Our sales rep - Cameron- was great; took time to explain window optiona,pricing etc. great follow up and updates. Ordering new windows was easy and no hidden costs. Installer was awesome. Took care to minimize dust/debris; cleaned up work area. Answered all questions and kept us informed on next steps, etc.. Tony, owner, called to follow up and ensure satisfaction. He showed genuine interest and care in our project and experience. Windows are great - look good, solid and exceptional quality. Had 4 windows installed

    In short... call Tony at Ambia and you will not regret it!

    We love our new double doors! My husband and I spent a lot of time researching doors and suppliers before deciding on Ambia. Although they were not the least expensive of the few places we were considering (they were not far off), we decided to go with them because of Tony. He seemed so honest, thorough and professional... and to-date, he has been exactly all this and more! Tony was the only person to suggest we visit the manufacturer to help us narrow down a style of door that would be best for us. We were floundering in this area, so this visit really helped. Tony then came to take the measurements and patiently explained all the details and differences involved with the installation. The quote he provided was detailed and precise, and the doors were delivered by the date promised. We were nervous about having the install done in the winter, but it went pretty smoothly and quickly by Chris and his team. There were a few very minor glitches, but Tony dropped by to follow-up and has been diligent to ensure we have been happy with the results. He has been phenomenal right from the beginning and we would absolutely refer him and Ambia to anyone looking for a new door. Thank you Tony!

    Awesome service for windows and door

    We are impressed by Tony's services. He is our point of contact for getting our windows and front door replaced. He knows his products well and gave us different options with pros and cons included which made the decision easy. He arranged the measurements and also installation. He is patient and professional the whole way through and gave us a warm and comfort feeling. He inspected the windows and door after installation and gave us a few pointers of how to use the hardware and how to keep them in shape. Thank you so much Tony! We would recommend him to our friends if they are looking for the service.

    New Windows

    It all started with the estimate. Tony and us went through all the options . Tony is very knowledgeable, courteuos and friendly. The installation went better than plan. Tony arrived and went thoroughly through each windows to make sure of quality and proper installation was done. It's nice to see in this time of age that your word still means something. Ambia Windows went beyond the service that they promised. We strongly recommend them making them a part of your Family. Tony and Charlene

    Windows and Patio Door- amazing work

    It was really great dealing with Ambia. Jimmy provided a lot of details and was always there to answer questions. Chris and his crew did an amazing job on the install. They were very quick as well. Thank you Jimmy and Chris for doing an excellent job! I am really happy I went with Ambia!

    Windows replacement

    We got all our windows replaced by Ambia on November 2022. Thanks to Jimmy, Eric, Chris and their teams Tommy x2 and Ted did an excellent job replacing our windows and they left all the work area clean after the installations. Jimmy recommended that we got the triple glazed window as part of the greener home grant. The triple glazed windows from Stage made a world of difference inside our home. The windows look amazing and have really improved the look or our house. Minor quirks, there are 2 minor caulking issue and I hope Ambia will come back and fix it (is mostly cosmetics), (Minor update, the installer came back and all is fixed). Overall, I've already recommended Ambia to two of my friends.

    after-market service

    Additional info for 2022: 4 years after Ambia installed new windows and doors at my home, there was a problem with my door handle (a problem with the product, not the installation). Tony was most gracious when I contacted him. I called just to see if I might get some idea who to call at the manufacturer, or even a third party repair person if needed. On my behalf, Tony kindly coordinated contacting the manufacturer, secured me a replacement part at no cost, and even came by to replace the component. Bear in mind that Ambia is not an after-market service provider, and I was not really expecting this effort, so in my opinion, Tony's efforts really went above and beyond, and it is very greatly appreciated. Thanks Tony!

    Incredible Customer Service: Full windows replacement + trim

    Highly recommended! I had a great experience working with Jimmy at Ambia. I shopped around and had met with multiple companies/sales staff but Jimmy stood out as a man of integrity and honesty. He was knowledgeable and showed he cared about service both before and after installation! There were cheaper quotes available to me but I have been working with contractors for many years and Jimmy is probably one of the best sales staff I've worked with. He took full ownership of the project and made multiple visits to make sure we got every detail correct. He was patient along the way with my changes to the project and came through with everything we wanted. I had stage windows installed and we had a small issue (one screen didn't fit properly) after installation. Jimmy immediately prioritized this issue even though I had paid in full. I was worried some contractors would not prioritize thins once they got payment. Jimmy and Ambia Windows assured me it would be fixed and it was! Wouldn't bother with anyone else for window replacement and I have already recommended Jimmy and Ambia to my family/friends for their next projects.
