I obtained 3 quotes from different companies and Ambia was the lowest quote, with a quality product. Tony was very patient and answered all my questions. His no-pressure salesmanship was a definite positive for me and he is a nice guy to deal with. The windows were ready within the time frame Tony provided. For installation, Eugene and his crew showed up right on time and they were very efficient. They removed my old windows and installed the replacements in no time. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Tony was able to come by the home (with his busy schedule) to have a look at the job before Eugene and crew completed the job. I would HIGHLY recommend Ambia Windows to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

After meeting and obtaining quotes from several companies, we decided to sign with Ambia for replacement of all of our windows, based on the interaction we had with Tony. He was patient, answered our slew of questions, did not pressure us to sign, and worked to get the project within budget. Compared to the other companies that we met with, Tony seemed to be sincerely interested in helping - including one company that tried to sign us up on the spot saying it would help save him time and effort by not having to come back and meet with us again to sign...not impressive. Eugene and his crew were professional and got the job done right. Due to some extra work required (which Tony did not try and charge us for, after the fact), they took three full days to finish the job. We are happy with the work and are glad to have our new windows in place for the coming winter. We would highly recommend Ambia to anyone.

Tony was very helpful providing me with many design and pricing options and addressing all of my concerns prior to, during and after installation. The installation was scheduled according to my vacation and cashflow plans which really helped out. The windows and doors look fantastic and all I get from my neighbours are compliments on how good everything looks.

Ambia Windows and Doors were excellent. Tony gave me a quote on a new patio door (with installation) substantially lower than the other companies I talked to. The only catch was that the quote for a key lock for the door was a lot higher than any other company's--but when I mentioned this to him, he talked with their source and came back with a lower quote on the lock as well. The door we needed was too big to be in stock (all the companies I called told me the same thing), but after I ordered, Ambia had the door ready a bit sooner than other companies I'd talked to said they'd be able to do it. The installers did an excellent job, as far as I can tell. The deck outside the patio door, it turns out, is built up a little above the level of the door, so to remove the old door and install the new one they had to pry up a board from our deck. But once they finished their work, they put the deck back together perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves very well. (I found a couple of loose screws in my driveway after they left, but no big deal.) Tony obviously has "customer care" on his mind: always very friendly on the 'phone, and accommodating; and he called back the day after the job to make sure everything was fine. It was! We're very happy with the work Ambia did--the door and the installation. Thanks, guys!

I enjoyed dealing with Ambia - they were recommended highly by a neighbour. They were the least expensive quote but i never felt like i was dealing with the cheapest option. Everything went really well for us. the doors and windows came in earlier than expected and tony was fully flexible on the install dates. they were actually able to install earlier than we were ready for them, but they were fine with waiting. Eugene was our installer and he was great. showed up when he said he would, he is professional and thoughtful, and he is magic with aluminium caps. He wants to know what you're not happy with and then he makes it right. I would highly recommend Ambia to anyone. In fact i already have.

Quality, customer service and satisfaction seemed to be the greatest focus. Very rarely do I meet anyone in trades who genuinely cares how I am feeling throughout the process. I would highly recommend Ambia to anyone.

We changed 5 windows on our house (full replacement windows). Ambia wasn't the cheapest, but not the pricest either. The value of the price paid was clearly reflected after all the windows were changed as the job was well done and well worth it! My only tiny negative point was that after we signed the contract, I had to make follow ups with them to establish the timeframe of the installation, where I would have prefered them keeping me in the loop. Otherwize, the whole process was painless and I would highly recommend their services.

When we moved into an older home this past May, we had really hoped to replace the windows. They were all mismatched and looked poorly installed. We contacted several window companies for quotes, but we ended up going with Ambia for a number of reasons. First, Tony from Ambia was willing to talk us through our numerous options and help us weigh them honestly, even when it was a question of budget. He has been the most polite and helpful person we have met through our numerous renovations to this house so far. Frank and his crew who handled the installation were similarly a pleasure to deal with. They did first rate work on both our windows and our new front door. This company insists on quality, both in the windows and doors that they order and in the work that they do. They may not be the cheapest option out there, but at least you're going to get the quality you're paying for. Our neighbors have been complimenting their work ever since. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Tony and Ambia Windows and Doors have done a fantastic job with my 52 year old house. What a transformation! Everything, and I mean everything, from the first time Tony came over to take measurements and discuss options to the very last day of installation, has been professional, friendly, honest and straight forward. Even when I had a slight concern about an item during installation, Tony and Eugene (The installer) were quick to put me at ease with how they were going to overcome the obstacle. They have truly gone above and beyond. I would recommend Ambia to friends and colleagues who are looking to undertake a similar project. Ismail.

Tony was easy to reach by phone, and always returned our calls promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and very helpful. He kept us informed of progress on a regular basis. Tony gave us a detailed breakdown of the cost of replacing each window (which we asked for) as we were unsure how many windows we would be replacing this year. Obviously, cost is always a consideration. One of the companies we called for a quote just gave us a total cost, and did not return our calls when we asked for a per-window cost breakdown. Ambia’s prices are right in line with other companies when comparing windows of the same quality. A lower quote we got from another company turned out to be for a very inferior “builder grade” product, yet they did not point this out to us. Tony’s installation crew arrived on time – in fact, they were able to come one day earlier than we originally anticipated – and they finished in less time than expected. Their installation and finishing work on the trim around the windows is extremely professional and really demonstrates their skillfulness. We had a great experience with Ambia and look forward to using them next year to do the remaining windows.
