Have been using Draincom for over four years now. This time the laundry faucet needed to be replaced. Once again Draincom came in with the best customer service and price quote. Valentyn replaced the faucet and also cleaned out the drain. Valentyn was very polite and professional, the new faucet works great! Thanks once again Draincom for a job very well done and affordably priced!

i had a flood in my basement on sat. called draincom. slava came over in an hour. he looked everything over, he told me what was wrong. back water valve needed. gave me quote. said that city would reimburse me for some of the work. relief! vlad and oleg came on tues., did the work. great guys! everything was cleaned up perfectly. big job. they sent valentine over for some plumbing problems that i had. he is very knowledgeable and uses common sense as well.not much of that going around these days.i feel that even though i was in a panic and called draincom without knowing them, i got a fare shake. the work they did was worth the money. i don't often say that. if you need any of their services, call them! you won't be disappointed.

Draincom.com was 1/3 of the price of my highest quote. Slava came and gave me a quote. On Monday Valentyn did the work. I was pleased with the service and more importantly the price. Valentyn answered all the questions i had about the work being done. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I called about a leaking shower and they were able to send someone over the same day. Valentyn was extremely helpful and friendly. He replaced a part and showed me how to change another part once the replacement comes it. I'd definitely recommend!

My wife & I are very impressed with the people at Drain Com. The saying "it's the people that make the company, not the Company that makes the people" is true in their case. The Project Coordinator, Slava Koval is an expert at his job. We had 2 occasions where we needed their services for 2 different basement leaks. Late last summer after the rains we had a leak on one side of the house. They came, dug,repaired and once finished you would never have known they were there. The second time was for another wall and the crew came out in the freezing weather, conducted the repairs and again left everything in perfect order. The crew are very polite and show you what they're doing for the repairs. Drain Com was recommended to us by one of our neighbor's and we recommend them very highly.

I called a few places but nobody had customer service like draincom. Very honest and reliable. Came within a few hours of my call and fixed things quick. Super helpful and friendly service. Thanks to Valentin borysevych for an amazing job! This will be where I go if I need any home repair!

Valentyn arrived within 4 hours of calling DrainCom. He was courteous, helpful and very professional. It turned out that my repair was a matter of simply tightening a faucet in the kitchen. He also checked out the basement ceiling to determine if there was any damage. I would definately call on DrainCom in the future!

I called DrainCom to arrange for installation of an electronic water valve. They were professional and friendly. I asked for an estimate and they told me the technical will call me to get more details about the job.I received a call shortly and was provided with an estimate which was reasonable estimate. Valentyn came to my house to do the work. He knew what has to be done and completed the job on time. He was great to work with. He even answered some of me other questions. The hot and cold water taps connected to our washing machine were both very old and leaking. Valentyn came as agreed and quickly replaced both taps for us. They no longer leak - perfect! Draincom provided by far the most competitive quote, were available to do the needed work, and did it quickly and efficiently.
