They were able to come quickly at a time that worked for us. They arrived at the scheduled time, quickly assessed the issue, and provided an estimate in the middle of the expected price range. We set up a day for them to come that worked for us. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly (a few hours ahead of promised), tidied up really well, and left. They share pictures of the various stages of the work they had completed. They had to dig up the concrete floor, replace the pipe and pour more concrete. The area where they were working is behind the water heater so no one will see it, but I appreciated that they finished the job so neatly and with care. All in all, super from start to finish.Answer from pro:
