I called Draincom for my plumbing problem and set an appointment. The person on the phone was very polite and gave me an appointment right away. Technician Valentin came at the right time and he was very friendly and confident about his job. He knew immediately what has to be fixed. Not only he knew what the problem is but he also came up with options to troubleshoot the fixing options! His solutions were very simple costeffective and durable. He bought the pipe valves, fixed and changed the valves in just couple of minutes!! The company also gave us discount and 1 year warranty. I was very happy by Valentin's service and would highly recommend Draincom to all my friends and family.

When my kitchen sink drain fell apart, it was yet another reminder of a botched renovation that had left me broke in 2014. After a bad experience, I didn't know who to trust. They were quick to respond and provided a detailed quote that was affordable compared to other bigger companies. Workers were very polite and efficient - work was completed as predicted. Would use again. Only quibble, found out from city afterwards that a permit is needed for drain work; would have liked to be told, assuming they knew (so I could have made the arrangements), as I didn't even think of it at the time. But happy with the work!

We had a burst pipe for a rental property a few weeks ago and I needed service very quickly. Val was able to repair the leak the same day without charging an arm and a leg. Valentin came to my home just a couple of hours after I called Drain Com for the first time. He gave me a quote to remove and replace our old concrete laundry tub and taps. He was back within the hour with the materials, did a great job, immensely improving over the previous tub with separate drain pipes for the laundry, the humidifier and the tub, and even threw in a small fix to an adjacent drain pipe. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and his friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Drain Com.

Overview: We are glad that we had Valentyn come in and replace our old cast iron drain. He was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. He came in and gave us an assessment of our options and an accurate estimate of the time it would take to fix it and the cost. He came back two days later and had everything wrapped up before dinner. The new pipe is routed in a more convenient location and he added a clean-out in the basement. We would definitely recommend Valentyn and Draincom and we would use them again for any other plumbing problems. Background: We live a 100 year old home and had a leak from our 2nd floor bathroom drain all the way to the basement. We opened up the wall on the first floor to find out if we could find it and fix it on our own, but the pipe was the original cast iron drain and it was inset into the outer brick wall. It was a bigger job than we felt comfortable dealing with.

Leak under sink was caused by cartridge within the faucet. Valentyn attended and replaced the cartridge. He kept me informed throughout the job, and left everything clean and tidy when he left. He also followed up by phone call to ensure everything is okay.
