We had a cold pipe burst in the basement and flood in the basement. Valentyn from Draincom were very helpful. He spoke with me over the phone first gave me advises to deal with the emergency and came in fixed the pipe. He is very friendly, professional and friendly. He also give me a lot of advise how to keep the house safe during the winter. Thank you! Will defiantly recommend him and draincom!

We needed a plumber quickly due to a frozen and burst pipe. We called DrainCom and they were extremely well organized, provided a short window they would arrive (which they stuck to). Valentyn arrived, was very polite, identified the problem, walked me through what he was going to do and fixed the issue (in a pretty tight space!). He was very helpful, friendly and reasonable and I highly recommend him and DrainCom! Thank you!

We called DrainCom because we needed to get a kitchen up and running asap. Valentin came within an hour or two after we called. He guaranteed me that the job was going to be completed no matter what, even though there were a few unexpected challenges. I had an issue with the bathtub overflow leakage that would damage the ceiling of the unit below (I'm in condo building). Valentyn was very professional and effective in identifying the sources. Not only he came on the same day which was really convenient, but he made sure to stay and check if everything was sealed properly and no water was leaking, after he was done with the repairs. I'd definitely recommend his services!

I have used Drain Com for various plumbing projects in the past, and have been happy. Most recently I called them about a burst pipe. Les was very prompt, professional, and friendly, and made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. He made sure I knew exactly how to prevent future problems before leaving. call Draincom on the morning of 02/14/15 around 8:30 am was greeted with a pleasant reception advised we would be serviced around 11:30am. Valentin was sent to our home and he arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. He examined the area and explained the scope of the repairs and the cost. He proceed to carry out the repairs with no disturbance to me and my family and kept the work area neat and tidy. He offered to clean up the little mess he made after he was finished, I declined and we had our water back. Overall a very pleasant and experience and Draincom is on the top of our list of plumbers to call, should we require plumbing services again

Valentyn came to our rescue today to replace our 2 water valves. Everything was going smoothly until the city didn't turn off the water properly and poor Valentyn had to wait for them to come back and turn off the water completey so he could finish his repair. He was adimant and would not leave us without water until the job was done. Poor Valentyn had to wait and wait and wait until the city came back to turn the water back on. He was so patient and very pleasant to deal with. He ended up leaving our home around 6:45 PM. We can't thank you enough Valentyn for such a great job! Suzie & Walter.

This is a belated - but very sincere - recommendation for DrainCom. I called them a couple of weeks ago in a panic with a toilet that wouldn't fill or stop running. I knew it was likely an easy fix (for them, at least!), and was afraid that the job would be too minor to receive much attention or priority, and so was extremely relieved and grateful when the woman I spoke with managed to have someone at my place within an hour. Rob was completely professional and thorough despite the simplicity of the repair, and in fact was a true pleasure to speak with. I definitely would not hesitate to call DrainCom again.

i had water leaking into my bedroom in the basement. I called around and had a few quotes. I settled on Draincom because of their project coordinator (Slava Koval). He was honest and straight forward, and on time. As the day of his crew and him came to fix what we thought was a foundation crack. I was not 100% convinced the leak was from the foundation leak. Slava came in and opened up the wall in the bedroom to make sure we not missing anything. He was efficient and honest. we found a bust pipe that was causing the water leak. My daughters and I truly appreciate his services. i would use him and his crew again. No money in the world can buy integrity. And Slava Koval has that. His crew were clean.

Found Draincom on homestars and called them to fix a very loud faucet in the laundry room. They were very professional - someone picked up the phone right away and set up an appointment for the next day. Valentin arrived within the scheduled time frame and he was very courteous and professional. He explained that the valves inside the faucet were worn out and letting air out, which is what was causing the noise. He explained that replacement was the recommended option and drove me in his truck to home depot where we selected the faucet. He completed the work diligently and professionally (kept the area clean - always took off his shoes when he had to walk to another part of the house) and I was very pleased with the service oveall. I would definitely use Valentin and Draincom again.
