    Install kitchen faucet and shut off valve

    We found Waterworks Canada online and liked their website so we called them. They said someone would come between 3 and 5 PM on the same day and to our surprise we received a call around 1 PM and were advised someone would be here at 2PM. Craig showed up exactly on time and immediately provided us with options and the advantages in doing business with Waterworks Canada. We found the prices a bit too high but we also realized that the job would require more time due to the age of the plumbing and what he said about his company was definetely positive so we agreed to have him do the job. When he started the job, the hot water valve would not close , so we needed to shut off the main valve but since we live in a condo that would have to be done on an other day. Craig remained cool and collected whilst we tried to co-ordinate with the condo managment a date and time to continue with the job. It was decided to return two days later . Craig again was punctual but unfortunately when he arrived the main valve for the condo was still not shut off. It took more than an hour after Craig arrived for the valve to be shut off. Craig never lost is cool and when he was able to continue he did so with speed and efficiency. Thank you Craig for your assistance. Joe and Lynn

    hook up sink, faucet and cleared drain

    Our new kitchen that was renovated by the previous owner/contractor was poorly installed, from the faucet to the drainage system. Craig was fantastic he came out and installed my new kitchen faucet and repaired my drain. You can really count on this company to back up their workmanship because the drain was not properly flowing and they came back and snaked the drain at no charge. They came out in the evening when it was convenient for us. They really care about their clients and their needs. I was originally going to rate them a 9, but because they are so conscientious I would love to give them an 11 out of 10 (LOL)thank you very much to everyone at water works

    Blocked Sink

    Josh Griffin was prompt, courteous and extremely professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend Josh and this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs. The cost of the repair was very reasonable

    DRAIN COVER

    just to comment on the service and friendly people i delt with was great. i called 2 other companies and they were not as fast and efficient in helping me solve our overflowing problem outside with the drain. they made a new drain cover which works fantastic and also looks great. i would highly recommend them to anyone who likes professional and curtios help with any drain problem and who will come out to you and not try to solve the problem over the phone.

    toilet leaking

    Water Works thank you for coming out to take care of my toilet and bathtub. I have called on this this company in the past with success. They show up when they say they will and do the work they say they will. They always give me an Upfront price and the staff is friendly and approachable.

    Main sewage line block

    Very thorough and friendly service. Came and looked at the problem, offered advice and got on with the job. Took care with protecting the furnishings, and extremely clean - even wearing protective shoe covers.

    Water ionizer installation

    Once again, I used Michael and his team at WaterWorks to install a water filtration system in my home. Michael contacted the manufacturer to get specific install instructions, he was fast, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended, you will get great service.

    Replace spout on tub

    WaterWorks were quick to schedule an appointment with me when I called in. They were responsive and called in the morning to let me know the ETA and name of the plumber. They also sent through a photo of the plumber so I would have visual recognition when he arrived. The cost was reasonable and the service was quick, friendly and well done. I was provided with a quote on the cost and the plumber had the part in his truck so was able to replace it during the first appointment. Great service.

    Backed-up kitchen sink

    Sink was clogged. Called up Water Works - they sent over a technician. Josh told us what the issue was and explained how we could go about fixing it. He was fast, efficient, and kind. I'd definitely recommend him.

    new faucet for salon

    One of my hair washing station faucets ruptured and caused some leakage. Glad to have been there when it happened. Luckily we knew Water Works Plumbing, we called them and they were able to come out immediately. This happened on a Friday - one of our busiest days, we were very happy to be back up and running that afternoon. Thanks again Mike @ Water Works for the great service.
