    Install or repair bathroom fixtures: Replacement; Shower, Faucet

    Plumber arrived on time and all work was completed as quoted. Also received tips on future maintenance, I do recommend.

    Desjean was great! Got the job done quickly without any problems. Very honest and open with what needed to be done and would like him to come back for future work when needed. I can't remember the facilitators name who I talked to on the phone but she was easy to talk to and very helpful and made the process easy and I would give her a 5/5 star review as well

    Unclog drain and sewage pipes: Drain slow or clogged; Sewage pipe

    Michael from Waterworks quickly diagnosed what was behind our recent basement drain backups. Within a few days everything was taken care of, and in addition we mow have a backflow valve installed. Communicative and diligent (the cleanup was great), we were happy with the Waterworks team

    Onsite review was very thorough including explanation of the issue, the proposed solution, the pros/cons of not addressing the issue and available rebates. Initial contact and booking process very easy and low pressure/non-aggressive.

    Repair toilet or toilet flush: Leakage

    ***VIOLATED*** and not by the bidet seat. I was charged $640.43 for a plumber to swap out a “toilet fill valve”. This replacement part is $25 and it took a total of 22 minutes to install!! I called Waterworkscanada to ask if they could reduce the price for a senior lady, that my mother could not afford that price. “NO” The technician was already here, the service call alone was $149, I felt like I had to go ahead with the repair water was not hooked to toilet. I feel violated and scammed and completely overcharged!!
