    I was in a trouble with my kichen sink with the help of my brother who found Water works and we are really really satisified and the the service was on time and now \i can go to work.\\\thank you!

    faucet repair/searching for a leak

    Although my problem was not fixed, the company does uphold their reputation "You're Happy Or You Don't Pay." That very motto earned them my review of a 10. If your unhappy/unsatisfied they will refund your money. I would also Like to express my thanks to Michael Yuffa, who reads the comments of his customers seriously and tries his best to solve any issues that arise.

    Drain was backed up in the kitchen, which was backing up the garberator.

    I was extrememly impressed with the quality of the service from WaterWorks. I called the company on a friday at 5 pm and within half an hour, the serviceman named George arrived. He was extremely professional and thorough and spent 2 hours fixing the drain. He then cleaned up the mess he made which I have never seen done from other plumbing companies. Two weeks later I had another problem with the garberator (that was unrelated to the first problem). Again, I called the company on a Sunday and sure enough, early Monday morning George arrived again and fixed the problem. I know that this company emplyees honest, hardworking people and I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Thanks for all your great work!

    Fixed dishwasher water line

    Michael was great. He came right away and fixed this problem after the cold water was routed to the dishwasher (not the hot). He also fixed a leaking valve while he was there.

    blocked toilet

    We called Water works this morning and they came really fast and solved the problem>The found a construction screw in the bowl and it prevented us from using it since last nite.We are very happy with the service and we would definitely recommend to the friend and relatives.Thank you very much

    replace sump pump

    The company is a rip off. The plumber who came was courteous and professional in every way, nothing against him he is quoting the company price list. They charged me $ 900 (with a 10 % discount) to replace a sump pump which perhaps cost a maximum of $ 300 , this task took 1 hour to perform. Which essentially means I was charged approx. $ 600 per hour less a reasonable truck charge. I would advise consumers to stay away from these fixed price companies because they are a rip off, find a good local plumber who will charge you a reasonable hourly fee even after they exaggerate their time sheet, you'll save a small fortune. In short I wouldn't use this company again unless they were the last plumbers in the city.

    Dear Reader, This reviewer is rather selective on what he chooses to Share and Withhold as well as contains various Inaccuracies and Exclusions. 1.His claims fail to include that he was provided with the highest quality pump and parts which is the "Hydromatic" brand.A cast iron machine,engineered spec with an oil filled motor unlike the cheap plastic one ones that can be bought at the home centre.We also use a silent type of check valve with new pipe work and fittings. 2.We also have invested almost 2 hours based on our GPS records(10:17am travel to job-site and 11:57am finish) 3.We did show up ON-TIME and had the parts IN-STOCK on our truck unlike the local guy who may not show up for days and has to go shopping on the clients'watch. 4.We also gave him an UP-FRONT cost with only a 49.50 no obligation quote. He did give us his approval before any work began. So why did he proceed if he wasn't happy with the price? We did follow up with him and he was very unpleasant on the phone. 5.If he would have compared prices on the web and here at Homestars he would have seen that the cost to do this work is very much in line with industry standards. Water Works Plumbing and Drain Inc will continue for many years to come, providing Timely,Professional Services,using only Highest Quality products.Thank You for your time. Thank You Michael Yuffa

    Burst exterior pipe

    An exterior pipe that supplies our outdoor water faucet burst and we had to shut off the water supply to the entire house. A plumber we had used in the past could not come for at least three days! Michael showed up the next morning -- on a weekend -- and found the shutoff to the outside faucet. For good measure, he noticed and fixed a leaky faucet in our basement at no extra charge and without being asked. Really exceptional service. Thanks.

    Quieting Pipes

    After hiring Michael to fix our bathtub leak with great success, we hired him back a few days later to fix a very loud banging sound that our pipes made at different times of the day. Michael made a recommendation only after installing a special part in one of his client's homes, to make sure it first worked there before suggesting it for our home. The banging sound often jolted us and reverberated through the house so it is such a treat to not hear it anymore! I really appreciate Michael's diligence and the consideration he gives to every job. He is thoughtful and works hard to ensure our needs are satisfied. Thank you Michael and Stephanie for the great service you provide.

    New kitchen drain

    We had our kitchen renovated a few years ago but the kitchen contractor hooked up our sink and did not do a good job.It leaked for some time now.We found Water Works in the phone book and decided to give them a call.Mike came the next morning and did a great job re doing the drain under our sink and we are very pleased with everything.Gordon And Joan R,Whitby

    Tub Drain cleaning

    Michael came to the house within 30 min of me calling the company to request the service. The company called to say when he was coming and gave me his name beforehand so I knew who to expect. Michael was very helpful and gave me a quote before starting work. He was quick and considerate. He even wore booties to not scuff the floor! I am very satisfied with the service and even signed up as a member for the future. Thank you Waterworks!
