    plugged drain in the bathtub

Woke up to a plugged tub, called them in the morning, and they said that they would be here between 2 & 4pm. They actually showed up at 2:15, not waiting for them to show up. Ran through the whole job, and the problem was fixxed quickly. Cleaned up after himself.

    Frozen pipes

I had no cold water coming out of our faucets, but the hot water was working well. After reading a couple of great reviews, I called WaterWorks and spoke with a very friendly woman who took me through their process and answered my questions. Michael arrived one hour later! He did a walk-through of the house and told me that the problem was that the pipes were frozen; he then gave me a quote for the costs, which I accepted and he went straight to work. At first it seemed like there might not be a way for him to fix it because we have plastic pipes upstairs (plastic pipes cannot be heated to melt the ice), but luckily our basement had copper pipes - and luckily that's where the freeze was. He had a machine that looked like a battery which ran electricity through the pipes in order to thaw them. There were a few challenges that came up, for example he had to remove our washroom door because the cables did not reach, but Michael was professional, very nice, and efficient. I would definitely call WaterWorks again! They also have a discount right now where you get $10 off (up until March 30, 2011) if you give them socks or warm clothing that they will donate to a shelter. I had a bunch of old scarves, hats, sweaters and socks that I gave to Michael. I think this is a wonderful program, and should be done by everyone who uses WaterWorks and has anything to spare!

I am very happy with the service i received from Waterworks. They were very friendly over the phone and were able to get a plumber to my house on a Sunday. install new dishwasher and replace old valve

I bought a new tall tub dishwasher to replace existing 15 year old machine. Michael identified a significant problem with existing plumbing that could have caused serious damage. He replaced the valve and installed new dishwasher. While on site he fixed an unforeseen problem with taps and sink. Very pleased with work performed and with how plumber cleaned up after the job. Also took old machine to curb for me.

    Replace Faucet

I tried to replace my own faucet and ending up in a little bit of trouble, especially when my shut off valve didn't shut off fully. I called Water Works and Jean handled my call. She was great, we arranged a time and she called me about 45 minutes before George arrived, just like she said she would!! George arrived, he was very pleasant, removed his shoes and took great care when he replaced my old faucet. He did a great job, in a timely manner and with a smile. Thanks George. Now there are no more drips. Gord

Leaking Water Valve & 4 Faucets

I had a shut off valve for a water filter that was leaking under the sink, I also had two tubs that where the faucets needed new seals. Michael came exactly when I was told, looked at the issues and knew precisely how to fix them. He provided a written quote and with my approval did the work. Perfect - all is good (and dry)

sink, facet and caulking the tub

michael was prompt, courteous, clean and very competent. it also was nice that he dissuaded me from an unnecessary service. what struck me most, however, was that he really stands by the quality of his work. it is uncommon, in my experience, to see such professionalism.
