    Shower Faucet Repair

    We had a major problem with our shower (i.e. it would not turn off). Waterworks Plumbing returned my call right away, and mentioned they would send a plumber in the next few hours. They called back, and then mentioned they could come earlier! George from Waterworks quickly assessed the situation, and provided an upfront quote and the estimation on the amount of time it would take to fix. The repair was quickly done, and they cleaned up. This is the second time we have used Waterworks for our plumbing needs and we will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended. Everyone we have dealt with at Waterworks has been friendly and helpful.

    Excavate collapsed clay trap

    We had a great experience dealing with this company. From our first call to receive a quote to the completion of the work (and follow up), The Water Works Plumbing did an outstanding job. Fast, friendly and curious! We highly recommend them!

    Install new faucet for bathtub and soap dish, new spout

    We are finally at the end of our plumbing repair project.We replaced a Valley brand tub faucet which was leaking with a modern pressure balanced ceramic valve tub faucet.Everything looks and works perferctly.He also installed a new soap dish and sealed and caulked everything.Looks good! We are very pleased.The Brunets.

    two drain issues

    I am a tenant in this condo downtown and I have been having drainage issues for a couple of months now and my landlord has not been very co-operative. So i called in waterworks and they were very professional in the handling of the situation and also gave me a lot of advice on the side. They came by within a couple of hours and fix all my issues in under an hour. I definitely would recommend them to everyone.

    Kitchen Sink Replacement, Toe Tap Diverter Replacement

    Jean was helpful, polite and patient as I explained about my "thingy" being broken on the kitchen facet. With an obvious smile in her voice, she scheduled my appointment and explained policy, process, and payment quite efficiently. Today she followed up about my "thingy" (yes she really remembered)and was even early on the estimated time. George showed up promptly, was very courteous, explaining everything in detail, and making me feel very comfortable in his abilities. He did a wonderful job and I even had him do more because he was so efficient and capable. Thank you very much for a very pleasant experience! Well worth the price!

    Kitchen Sink Drain Repair

    We had a minor kitchen drain issue which we required service for. We called Water Works and the call was immediately answered by Jean. She was able to quickly arrange an appointment. On the day of service, Jean called 45 minutes prior to the arrival of the plumber (as promised) to advise of his being enroute. The plumber was extremely, courteous, neat and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a repair explaining all costs up front. Doing business with water works was quick, efficient and painless. I will not hesitate to call Water Works again should the need arise.

    Replacing the shower faucet

    We live in a condo downtown and we had a problem with our hot and cold water. Michael came in and diagnosed that the shower faucet (25 years old) was not working properly and was mixing hot and cold water together so we would only get hot water out of our faucet.He installed a a new shower faucet through the back wall asnd installed a nice clean access door and you could barely tell the work was done. We now have hot and cold water the way it supposed to be.Thanks-good! The Brunets

    New water piping (mixing valve leak), new laundry drain, new laundry hoses.

    Michael came on time, provided accurate estimates, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The work was clean and neat, and extremely well done. He was a great pleasure to have in our home, and we would never use any other plumber ever again. I'm excited to have hot water, dry floors, and peace of mind. I will be actively sharing the recommendation with friends who don't already use Water Works.

    problem with kitchen faucet

    Michael came to check out why I had no water pressure coming from my kitchen faucet. He was on time, friendly and very thorough as he checked out the problem. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix it as it seems I need a new spray head but he did take the time to take a picture of the faucet and e-mail it to someone he knows at Taps to see if they carry the make of faucet that I need. I was also pleased with Jean (I believe that is her name....she makes the appointments) as she was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and she called me on the day of my appointment to let me know that Michael was on his way. Another plus and big surprise was that this company didn't charge a fortune for the service call! I would highly recommend Water Works to anyone who is looking for good service, friendly plumber and reasonable fees for service.

    dishwasher install

    Mike needed to come twice due to some existing kitchen issues. He is very professional and keeps your house clean. The receptionist is very friendly and humorous and everything was done on time. We are extremely happy with the service and quality of the experience! Thanks!
