2 new toilets, 4 new bathroom faucets and main water valve

George and Michael installed 2 new toilets, 4 new bathroom faucets and a main water valve. They were available to do the job within short notice and were prompt, efficient and clean. The job was completed to my satisfaction. Michael aims to please and will return to rectify any problems promptly.

dishwasher removed and new one installed also new toilet installed

I had called a place to have my dishwasher installed, I had to call 3 times only to hear can I come tomorrow. I told him NO! I decided to google dishwasher installation and got a list to choose from. I saw the ad for Water Works and decided to take a chance. I called thinking I won't get an appointment for the next day but Jean assured me not only could I get an appointment but the plumber will also show up :) George arrived and advised me of the price. I agreed and thought while I have him here I need a new toilet upstairs so I asked what would cost to replace. Much to my delight the cost was for installation and the unit. The part that made my day was George had a couple of units in his truck to choose from and he could do it now. OK now this is customer service. In two hours George had removed and replaced a toilet and that's not all he removed and replaced the dishwasher. The areas that he worked in were spotless, you wouldn't even know work had been done. I highly recommend this company and will pass on their information to others in my condo. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

    Kitchen Sink Drain repair

We have been in our house for 6 years and the drains were never hooked up properly by the builder. As a result, our kitchen drains were leaking badly. I called Waterworks the day it happened and Michael was in in a few hours. They kept informing me when they will be here, were on time, quoted us on the spot and proceeded to do an excellent job! Thanks!

    Reattached a loose kitchen sink.

Update: WaterWorks came back and made it right. I was quite pleased with the solution the plumber, Michael came up with. To top it off, we was very pleasant. I still feel that this whole situation could have been avoided but I'm still happy that it all worked out.... .............................................................................................................................. I was quoted $1400 to reattach an undermount sink. This repair was not in their price list and this was the charge to install a new sink. I paid $800 only after some serious discussion about their crazy pricing structure. What's worse is they offered me $20 off for a positive review on HomeStars. I did not take it. I called this company because of their high rating...which it seems may be inflated. Finally it was the messiest caulking job I have ever seen. It took be two days to clean my sink and counter. They get no stars from me.

    Answer from pro:

Hi Christine; Thank you very much for your review and your business.Gee, I thought we would have at least deserved a 9 given the fact that we were faced with a challenge of shoddy builders workmanship. This builder decided to glue a sink as an afterthought which is totally wrong so we were left with the challege of cleaning up their mess. I am glad that you decided to share with the community that we were truly concerned about doing a perfect job. Thank you from all of us at Waterworks Plumbing and Drain

    Lavatory Faucet replacement

George was my technician on July 31st 2010. He was knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. Jean coordinated the appointment for me and changed the time when we were unable to connect earlier in the day. Overall my experience was fantastic, however the only disappointment for me was the price of the replacement. I was provided the numbers in advance so I cannot complain that I was blindsided, I just feel that the charge for the repairs is quite high. What it boils down to is if you need an emergency repair you have to pay the premium. If you don't then use your local contractor and purchase the parts yourself and you should be able to halve your repair cost(s).

    Answer from pro:

Hi Ignacio; Thank you for calling us out and giving us your review. Your local contractor may not want to come out on a Saturday and we do not charge a premium. Our prices are very much in line with our competitors. Your local contractor probably does not carry product on his truck and will waste your day looking for parts. You really get what you pay for.A high quality service does not cost more -it pays more. A lot of our business does stem from shoddy contractors as we go in and fix up their work.We hope that we shed some light on the situation. Thank you from all of us at Waterworks Plumbing and Drain
