Basement Flood

Las nite our toilet got plugged up and Michael came by very late. My husband broke the insides of the tank so Michael replaced it with a new toilet that looks great and works even better.I always recommend Water Works to my neighbours,family and friends. George showed up and was helpful with our concerns and showed us great alternatives. He did the work needed and cleaned up afterwards. He came with all the equipment needed to get the job done and did so in a timely fashion. This is the second time I have used Water works and each time I have been very happy with the results. "Recently our bathroom wall mounted sink fell off the wall.We called Water Works Plumbing and they advised me how to shut off the water to stop the flooding.They arrived within 1 hour and reinstalled the sink basin better than the original installation by our builder. We called at night with a report of a leak and first thing the next morning George showed up. George came to fix a leak and had to cut open our ceiling. He was meticulous and efficient. The job was done in no time and he left the house spotless. The tiny leak was found and fixed!Answer from pro:

Our laundry room sink was very wobbly. George saw that there were no fasteners to hold it up. He devised a very simple solution to keep the sink taut with the rim. George also replaced our old spray faucet in the kitchen which had a nasty accumulation of dirt under it. He took the time to explain why this was happening. We are delighted with our new unit. Our fears of water damage in the laundry room and kitchen are gone!!Answer from pro:

Who knew that dropping a toothbrush down a toilet could cause such damage? Jean and Michael were both delightful to deal with (and a phone call that Michael was stuck in traffic was much appreciated). Michael showed up promptly, assessed the problem and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend WaterWorks to anyone and everyone. Thanks guys!Answer from pro:
