    Inital visit for Main Drain Clog & No hot water in the house

    First impression was good. Happy with lady receiving my call on the phone. After looking at both of my bathrooms Mike resolved a hot water issue. He made some adjustments and now I have hot water, which I haven't had for a few months. The companies that originally installed the furnace in my home suggested a hire a plumber for the clog. According to Mike I will need extensive work done. I was very happy with the service. I felt very comfortable with Mike right away. 90% chance I will do the job within a month.

    find and clear obstruction in main drain

    main drain has been backing up into the basement. I found waterworks on the internet and called about 11 am on Jan 4 and Mike was able to come to the house by 5:00 and had the job done in an hour.

    repair to shutoff valve

    After our shutoff valve was repaired, I was relieved by how urgently Michael and his staff responded to some residual concerns. Michael himself came to my house the following business day to verify the work performed by another staff member and discuss the situation.

    no hot water for 2 weeks

    Reliance company came to check on condition of water heater,damaged heater during work and had to replace it..no hot watter or heat for 5 days...after repair still no hot water through out house..called Water works..showed up on time..completed repair to pipes and instant hot water..during his work mike also explained the process of repair..I am very happy with results!!

    Bathroom Renovation

    Our Bathroom was in desperate need of a renovation. It is a very old house and the plumbing is a mess. The incoming pipe from the street was 1/2" lead pipe. The floor needed to be levelled and the waste pipes needed to be replaced. A previous plumber had refused to accept the job. The WaterWorks Plumbing Trucks have been active in our neighbourhood and we were impressed with the Motto " Your Happy or You Don't Pay". Mike came in and provided a quote to fix the waste pipes for the washroom, replace the cast iron radiator with a flat wall mounted rad (with localized valve control to adjust the flow through the rad) remove and replace the existing toilet and vanity and finally to re and re the incoming water service with 3/4" pipe and arrange to have the city come and do the street service to cutoff valve replacement and watermeter upgrade. Waterworks (RossAnna & Jean) were able to schedule the work into our busy schedules and to work with us while we did the other work required in the washroom. The job is a complete sucess, the washroom floor has been leveled, the toilet is on a steady base (1st time ever). The Flat Rad is a huge improvement from the cast iron beast that took up space and made any tile job a nightmare. The waterpressure is improved and we look forward to a greater improvement when the City completes their part. Thanks Mike and all your support staff, it was a pleasure working with all of you.     tub faucet repairs

    These guys were here so fast! and the work was done fast too! I'm just happy the hot water isn't running endlessly from my tap any more. And I love the shoe covers :)

    kitchen sink block

    the plumber came so quick and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. actually, they have the knowledge to fix the blockage quickly. Very friendly and explain the problem thoroughly. And give us tips how to minimize the blockage.

    Remove unneeded route off of main line

    The purpose of this job was to remove an unneeded route off the main water line. The job was completed quickly and the plumbers were friendly. They also provided additional information on some of my future projects.

    replace toilet

    we've used Michael in the past and we were happy to use him again. While it was an evening appointment, he was able to do the work quickly and professionally.

    Plumbing Inspection

    From the first contact with reception to the visit from Michael, The Water Works team delivered amazing service. All the staff that I had contacts with were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
