    Smell in basment

    We called about a foul odor in the basement and one of your plumbers, Jeff, arrived to assess the situation. He was extremely friendly and professional and was able to quickly assess that it was a minor problem which he promptly fixed. Thank you for having such well trained and courteous employees! It is a testament to the pride you take in your buisness. We will definately call again, but hopefully we won't need to!

    Investigating a Faulty Whirlpool

    First I had a very hard time finding someone to come out and have a look at my faulty whirlpool. I phoned Waterworks. They were very helpful. Came out the next day. Mike investigated the problem and contacted the manufacturer and got me the name and number to call.

    Plumbing

    Michael came to check out a problem with toilets that had overflowed (low quality toilets). He was honest in pointing out that the problem had passed , and he charged only the standard $30 fee for coming. He then tightened a loose tap without charging me. He was extremely honest, courteous, pleasant and professional. I was expecting to pay $180 just for someone to show up. He was better than any plumber I've dealt with before. I'd call Waterworks back any time.

    Clogged Toilet

    Michael Yuffa offers a very friendly and personable service and lets you know the full cost up front prior to performing any work. Only the most necessary work was done to help keep the cost down. We really appreciated his professional, cheerful demeanor and will definitely recommend his service to anyone!

    plumbing repair

    We have used Waterworks since the mid-1990's. Had them back for a leaky drain. Call was quickly arraged and carried out. Michael shows as much professionalism and enthousiasm as ever.

    Washroom plumbing and toilets

    I had a leak in one of my taps and both toilets were not working properly. The technicians went in on time and fixed all the issues. I got a discount for the work they did and everyone was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. A few days later there was a problem with a toilet and they followed up with with problem immediately free of charge. I would highly recommend their professional services.

    Kitchen water filter repair

    Couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received from Water Works Plumbing. The service was quick and the repair was done correctly the first time. Would strongly recommend Water Works Plumbing!

    hot water heater discussion

    Michael Yuffa was extremely helpful in providing all of the options for our hot water circulation problem. We decided not to make a purchase decision right away because of the cost, but we were provided with many different options to consider. The service was great.

    Hot water problems - mystery

    I had mystery lost of hot water throughout my house. Called waterworks and next morning Michael Yuffa knocked on my door. It took him les than 5 minutes to determine problem and in next hour or so problem was solved. Very efficient guy. I don't have to mention that I was very happy. Will strongly recommend. PS. Only price was quite high. 525 for replacing a valve...but when you don't have choice...

    Replaced Sump Pump

    My sump pump broke. Mike was on site the same day I called it in. He was willing to replace it immediately. Explainined everything I needed to know, was fair in his costing. Great service...thanks
