    Kitchen Drain Unclog

    Called for service and Michael came to my home same day. Problem w drainage from my kitchen sinks was explained, quote given. I asked for work to begin immediately. Excellent job done. Michael also checked other plumbing related issues in my home and I will have him back to repair these. Very pleasant service, from the receptionist, who is very efficient, to Michael himself, who owns the company. Michael gave me tips on avoiding future clog-ups and told me a few surprising things about how even tree roots can affect piping!

    Toilet

    Excellent service from the time I called to the follow up call after my repairs. Aaron was very helpful and explained everything regarding the replacement of the flapper on my toilet. He also provided me with all my options in a friendly manner and I will defiantly use them again for my plumbing needs.

    Mysterious Leak

    We've had a mysterious leak from our upstairs bathroom for over a year with roofing conerns being the main focus. I finally called Natasha @ Waterworks and she was very professional and repsonsive. She had Aaron (technician) contact me within minutes to discuss the problem and was onsite within the hour. After some discussion and visual checks, Aaron determined the problem and recommended a solution which made sense. Within approx 1.5 hours, the repair was completed and no more leaks. Aaron was very articulate and professional. I won't wait so long if I have any plumbing problems in the future and I'd definitely recommend this team who provides quality service at a fair price.

    Toilet repair and other minor things

    Called Waterworks to have someone come out to fix our toilet which wasn't running properly and to fix some other minor plumbing annoyances in the house. Aaron was the plumber who came to the house and he was very professional and very informative. He went over all of the options with us and made suggestions as to our best course of action. We really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. He completed all of the work in a couple of hours and left everything clean. Within ten minutes of him finishing, we received a call from the Waterworks office to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Great customer service.

    Kitchen faucet plumbing replacement

    They came at a mutually convenient time. Arrival time was confirmed by the plumber Aaron. He diagnosed and explained the problem and was able to correct the situation on the same call. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently and cleaned up and disposed of the old fixture. I am a satisfied customer and intend to use their service again next year.

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    Dealing with a typical kitchen sink blockage I called WaterWorks primarily because I had a great experience in the past. Upon calling, I was told Aaron would be assigned to my issue and then received an email with Aaron's picture and confirmation. You cant imagine what a great touch that is and shows they know how to manage the customers expectation. When Aaron arrived he diagnosed the problem and suggested a course of action and reviewed the price list. He was also very clear to outline that given the issue, it could be revisited depending on what issues present themselves. Being your average customer, I picked the cheapest option thinking the prices were a bit steep. Fast forward, it became clear that the issue was much larger than initially thought and would require a bigger solution, however, Aaron kept me involved and didn't do a single thing till I had agreed and understood everything. The main issue was solved and requires a followup, but throughout the 2 or so hours, the amount of work Aaron put in, the courtesy and professionalism he displayed and the way he walked me through everything (especially not getting flustered by the 10,000 questions I asked) confirmed that the price I was paying was a bargain! I would recommend WaterWorks to anyone and anytime. Keep up the great work and a special shoutout to Natasha who handles all the calls and customer questions for calling 10 minutes after Aaron had left to check up on how things went. Hope your boss is reading this.

    On Going Repairs

    Awesome Service! Be using these guys for a few years now. Very quick response times. Take care of all our plumbing problems. No upselling nonsense. Good old fashion service. Highly recommend their services to friends and family. Thanks guys! J

    Clogged Drain repair

    After I was unsuccessful at fixing kitchen drain problem with liquied drain cleaner, a call to Waterworks Plumbing resulted in Michael being able to fit me in within a few hours. Problem quickly resolved. Was given advice on how to prevent issue in future by flushing drain with hot water a few times a week. Company staff very professional.

    Water Back-Up

    Michael, the service technician, came same day after making the call. Besides being a super nice guy and very personable, he was able to snake the problem quickly and was very cautious to make sure minimal mess was incurred. Also I appreciated how his office staff, Natasha, followed up the next day to make sure everything was looked after and to see if any other service was required. Thanks WaterWorks for taking care of my basement and if I have any other issues I know who Im calling first. MB

    Inspection - leak in ceiling
