    Prompt Service

    Michael was very courteous and seemed to take pride in his work. Michael and the company was very responsive. I had a concern after he had left which was addressed immediately with a return visit at no charge. Both Natasha in the office and Michael the plumber are very professional and I would recommend them to others.

    Shower faucet repair

    I called 3 other plumbers who I have used before before I took a chance on a google search and found Waterworks. No other plumber was available for days and Waterworks was able to come to fix our problem same day! Michael was super friendly, efficient, honest and a pleasure! I will use Waterworks from now on. Thanks for the great work and service

    Low Water Pressure

    The water pressure in my house was low. I called Water Works and Aaron came out and did a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem…thanks Aaron.

    Garburator installation

    Aaron installed an insinkerator for me. His work was excellent, as was his manner, workmanship and general way he handled the project professionally. I will continue to use him for future projects.

    Service

    Aaron came to the rescue within 2 hours of me calling the company. He made a smart and quick diagnosis of the problem and repaired it right away. A problem I feared was going to be big and expensive was actually small and cheap! Honest and smart work. I want to highly reccomend this company and I also want to say thank you very much to Aaron. Way to go Water Works!!

    Leaking drainage pipe on second floor of town house

    I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling of the second floor of my town house. A primer tube from the shower was improperly attached to a PVC drain pipe, causing leakage. Also, the drain pipe from the third floor upstairs was leaking as well. This caused significant water damage on the second floor, and I called WaterWorks Plumbing for help with fixing the leak. Michael came by one day and diagnosed the issue, and came up with multiple options for fixing it. I called him back a couple of weeks later, and he managed to replace the entire problem area (shower primer tube and leaking PVC drain pipe coming from the upstairs floor). In the picture, you can see the black PVC pipe is the new one installed by Michael. He did an excellent job, as that is a very tight space to work in. Also, we were constrained by the positioning of the shower primer, and Michael came up with an idea to feed it into the horizontal part of the drain pipe - worked great! Thank you to the folks at WaterWorks - Natasha always prompt with responses and open to scheduling changes, and Michael for his excellent handiwork and good ideas for how to address this leak in a tight spot. Very satisfied with the end result.

    Ceiling leak from tub, fast SUNDAY service

    I have a ceiling leak in my living room. Called Waterworks and Aaron came out and looked around my problem. Determined that it was 90% likely the tub spout cartridge failing and water leaking into wall behind it. I fixed it myself, I was only charged the $49 inspection fee. If that turns out to not be the issue I will call him back without question. He was honest and wasn't trying to rip me off. Oh yeah, did I mention it was a SUNDAY?? Great service, highly recommended!!

    Shower plumbing repair

    Knowledgeable, fast and professional, Michael was able to assess and fix the shower problem within minutes of arriving. I definitely recommend him and Waterworks Plumbing for the great work that they do.
