    Repairing outside tap and water turnoff in house

    "I contacted Water Works Plumbing after attempting to get assistance from another plumbing company. My contact with that other company left me feeling upset, stressed and worried. My fears were alleviated when I contacted Lisa at Water Works. She was very understanding and extremely helpful. She arranged for a Technician to come to my home within hours. Michael listened carefully to me, assessed the problem quickly and gave me exact pricing for the repairs, upfront. He fixed the leaking outside tap and then arranged to come back and repair my shut off valve, once the city had shut off the water. The service I received was excellent, extremely professional and stress free. Thank you Water Works for restoring my "Faith"."

    exterior leak

    Michael was quick and efficient. He came in on time and checked our plumbing problem and was able to quickly see it was an exterior problem and came up with a great solution. He was very friendly.

    Clogged drain in rental property

    I called because my rental property had a drainage issue that Water Works had helped with in December. I explained the situation to Lisa (receptionist) and told her it was an emergency, as my upstairs tenants washroom/kitchen drain was completely clogged. They didn't have any availability but she managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day. I was very appreciative. Michael came and unclogged the drain, turns out the tenants had put a rag down the toilet. He showed me what he pulled out, we took pictures of it and he made note of it on my receipt. Michael was very professional and friendly. He wore booties in the house, assessed the drains in the entire house, and dealt with the issue in a timely manner. Thank you!

    Plumbing -- fix leaky sink, unclog drain

    After years of living with a slow drain that various plumbers have only partially cleared and which would soon get blocked up, WaterWorks did the job wonderfully. Our sink has never drained as nicely. We're delighted. Other plusses: on time, professional, considerate, explained everything clearly. Highest recommendations!

    Faucet Replacement

    Fantastic work - professional and timely. Great service! They showed up when they said they would and their service charge can be credited towards future work. All in all, a very positive experience and I highly recommend them!

    Shower drain was blocked

    Michael Yuffa was extremely professional and courteous. I've had ongoing problems with a slow-draining shower that he was able to clear despite heavy mineral deposits built up over years. The service was punctual and efficient, and I received a written quote right after he assessed the problem. Very happy with the results!

    Sewage Ejector and Sump pump service

    Great, professional and friendly service. We needed a plumber to asses our sewage ejector which was pumping sewage inconsistently and to also service our sump pump. Joseph who came to our house was very personable, up front and informative. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing, and why he was doing it. Joseph also explained the workings of both sewage ejector and sump pump, and gave plumbing maintenance tips for both systems. I was even more surprised when Lisa called the day after to follow up on the service call. Overall I will recommend Waterworks to anyone without a reliable plumber.

    Toilet repair

    I contacted Water Works Plumbing on a Friday as the tank of my toilet was not filling properly after flushing. They were able to offer me an appointment for Saturday and they don't charge extra for weekends. The Technician was very pleasant and after assessing the problem, quickly got to work fixing it. He left the area clean and tidy after he was done. Now everything is working smoothly again.

    Bathroom sink and toilet jobs

    We have used Waterworks Plumbing on two occasions and my aunt has also used them. Everytime the service has been great, and we have been very satisfied with their work.

    Diagnose Leak and Replace Faulty Toilet

    Woke up to find water dripping into our front hall closet with what looked like liquid from the upstairs drain pipe. Michael came over promptly and quickly figured out the cause of the leak, giving us immediate peace of mind that it was not something too serious. He was very personable and easy to deal with, presenting us with all the options for fixing the problem with detailed pricing. In the end we opted for the lowest fuss solution, whereby he replaced our faulty toilet with a brand new one from his own ready to go inventory.
