I have a leak that I need repaired in my kitchen. I called Waterworks and they sent Michael, who was exceptionally polite and professional. In fact, he was one of those people that I realize are unique- respectful, a great communicator and a guy that actually was thinking when he did his job.
The job was quite complicated. He was forced to use the Waterworks price list, which I thought was very expensive. Not his fault. They are clever because a $30 visit fee (which sounds inexpensive) is partnered with high fixed rates for jobs. I believe that installing a dishwasher was $300, and removing one was about $250, even though neither should take an hour.
It would have been a perfect experience if the price was more reasonable. That said, I would recommend this to someone that wants a professional job done right and is not as cheap as I am.
