    sewage pump replacement

    The sewage pupm in the basement gave-up on saturday night,so one of the toilets got pluged.I called The Waterworks and in less than hour technician was on site.In half an hour problem was solved.Great service and very professional(not to mention very friendly and funny). Thank You Guys, You made my day

    Bathroom

    My toilet was leaking water, and the "do-it-yourself" solution was not working out. I called Waterworks, and Jean set up an appointment for me within days. I was very happy with their efficient service. When George arrived, he was courteous and polite, and assessed the problems quickly. I am very happy with his work, and would definitely call them again for future issues.

    water softener installation; sink repair

    The service was exactly what was promised -- on time, with a phone call prior to the plumber's arrival. George was very professional, explained everything and did a great job. I think he left the basement cleaner than he found it! I'd use this company again without hesitation.

    Kitchen Sink

    My kitchen sink drain was clogged, finally got the water to drain so tried to snake it. Well, the pipes were so old (or I am just that strong.. haha) that the snake went right through the pipe. Michael was on time and explained to me the issues, the options, the cost. He explained things very well as I have NO plumbing experience. The work was done fast and I even enjoyed chit chatting with Michael. I also liked the courtesy phone call before hand to tell me that they were on their way, nice touch.

    Repaired dropped kitchen sink and hooked up the pipe underneath.

    I awoke this morning with my kitchen sink hanging and water everywhere due to the pipe breaking. I called and spoke to Jean who thank god has a sense of humor and she promptly sent over George. I never received George's calls as my cell phone ringer was shut off! Jean had him return and there was no comments. George made sure everything worked and explained to me what options I had. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your plumbing needs. More companies should have this kind of service.

    Install dishwasher

    Jean said they would be here between 11-1 and I believe they were in fact EARLY! I'm writing this at 12:20pm and George was finished about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour ago. Nice to not have to wait around all day!!! George was quick, courteous and efficient. He explained what he had to do, the costs involved and did just that! Even wore booties although I told him it was okay not to. I will be calling them again with any other plumbing needs.

    Replace Faucet

    Today George from the Water Works replaced a faucet in my kitchen and it was complicated because the faucet I purchased leaked. He replaced parts until it was working perfectly. I was very pleased with the work, the price and his professionalism.

    2 new toilets, 4 new bathroom faucets and main water valve

    George and Michael installed 2 new toilets, 4 new bathroom faucets and a main water valve. They were available to do the job within short notice and were prompt, efficient and clean. The job was completed to my satisfaction. Michael aims to please and will return to rectify any problems promptly.

    dishwasher removed and new one installed also new toilet installed

    I had called a place to have my dishwasher installed, I had to call 3 times only to hear can I come tomorrow. I told him NO! I decided to google dishwasher installation and got a list to choose from. I saw the ad for Water Works and decided to take a chance. I called thinking I won't get an appointment for the next day but Jean assured me not only could I get an appointment but the plumber will also show up :) George arrived and advised me of the price. I agreed and thought while I have him here I need a new toilet upstairs so I asked what would cost to replace. Much to my delight the cost was for installation and the unit. The part that made my day was George had a couple of units in his truck to choose from and he could do it now. OK now this is customer service. In two hours George had removed and replaced a toilet and that's not all he removed and replaced the dishwasher. The areas that he worked in were spotless, you wouldn't even know work had been done. I highly recommend this company and will pass on their information to others in my condo. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

    Throne repair

    My son in law who by the way is not a plumber but did his best to repair my toilet but to no avail,and still leaked. I found Water works in the Yellow Pages and had a great experience.They fixed my toilet better than new.I think I will adopt Michael as a son and have a in house plumber!!
