    stopped up kitchen sink

    Robert was supposed to come the night before but was on a big job. We were notified that he could not come on Saturday night. They asked what time he could come on Sunday. We agreed to 10ish.Robert called to make sure that 10:0o was ok Robert was very helpful and told me what he was doing and why. He was respectful and tidy in his work. So far, everything is going well, my clog has been busted and my sink is running well. Hope everything prceeds as is and I will reccommend to my friends and neighbours. Thank you Robert

    exterior drain

    Micheal was exceptional. The service was fast and accurate and I would recommend them to my friends and family. staff was friendly and took the time to wear booties inside my home for cleanliness. Thanks waterwoks for your time and help with my drain issues. J&D Leslieville.

    Tub faucet

    Michael the plumber arrived with a smile on his face. He wore boot covers and did not mess up the floor. He was sincere and provide me with repair options. This the first time we have called a plumber in our first home. It good to know their considerate, reliable and efficient plumbers. I will definitely recommend Michael from waterworks.

    Repair burst pipe and install shutoff valves

    Had an external faucet that would leak into the basement when opened. WaterWorks installed a new faucet, lead pipe and shutoff valve to ensure easy winterization to avoid the problem in the future. The guys did such a good job, I had them install shutoff valves in 3 bathroom sinks and install 2 new faucets. Outstanding work!!! Highly recommended.

    Water filtration system installation

    We have used Water Works in the past and were very happy.We purchased a reverse osmosis water filtration system from Water Works.The installation was done very neatly.It was installed in our basement hidden away and faucet installed in our kitchen sink.I must say the quality taste and clarity of the water is better than any bottled water.Our coffee and cooking tastes better too!     Installed Bathroom vanity

    Our Arts & Crafts home just had its 100th birthday and we celebrated with Water Works Plumbing and installed a new bathroom sink vanity. Michael not only does quality plumbing but he also wears another hat,that of a carpenter. This was necessary in order to do a proper installation of the bathroom vanity cabinet and sink.     Replaced kitchen faucet

    Very professional and friendly. Replaced defective faucet that was installed 6 years ago. I love the new faucet (it was cheaper then the one that was installed before). Highly recommend and would definitely call again in the future.

    Reroute pipes

    As requested, Michael inspected the pipes in the basement and rerouted/ tidied up as part of our basement renovation. Michael & his apprentice were prompt, courteous & professional. The work was done quickly, neatly and to my satisfaction. Estimate/cost was higher than we anticipated but it was clear we would not have to worry about quality or thoroughness - plus Michael was available to come to do the work with little delay. I will certainly consider calling Waterworks again for any future work.

    replacement of faucet

    The plumber showed up on time, as planned. Was extremely professional in his demeanor, had all the right equipment and it took him the minimum amount of time. The cost is a little high - but if you want quality service and no worries, these are the guys for you.

    Excellent Plumbing Service for over 10 years

    We have been using their service for about 10 years now. I must say they are reliable,punctual and professional.They are always ready to help.I live in a 1970's built home so it does require some plumbing maintainence and it's great to have these people on your "home team" William I, Midtown Toronto
