    Confident

    I had Mike come in to assess the installation of an old dishwasher. We determined that the machine wasn't up to snuff and that the money would be better spent getting a new machine, with installation from the vendor. So while he didn't end up doing the work for me I very much appreciated his candour, honesty, and had a great conversation as well.

    Plumbing Toilet

    Michael offered great assistance, and they are always available. Friendly and helpful service. We recommend them for any plumbing needs.

    New toilet and emergency shut off valve

    1967 toilet replaced family of four saved by waterworks plumbing and great tips given on performance of main floor water saving toilet thank you make our life better

    Leaking Kitchen Sink

    We had a leak under the kitchen sink as well as a clog. Michael replaced the necessary part. The pipe was not completely clogged so, rather than snake it, Michael sold me an environmental product that helped to unclog it but was much less expensive than snaking it. I was pleased with the service. They are not cheap but they are professional and licensed.

    Thermostatic valve replacement

    Extremely professional, friendly service. Flat rate of $59 for protection plan we paid 5 years ago still applicable and this reduced overall cost of work done.

    Basement water leak

    The pipe just feeding into the water meter started leaking on a Friday, and the speed was increasing. We had to turn the water off at night. I called late Friday night and again Saturday morning for emergency service. Michael was able to attend early on Sunday afternoon and replaced the old washer. He also provided advice on flow and blockage issues in my 45 yr old house. Fast and efficient.

    Fix leaking faucets that damaged ceiling below it

    I had a water leak on my second floor that leaked through to my main floor ceiling. Michael came in and was able to trouble shoot where the leak was coming from and steps to fix it. He was efficient, polite and friendly and fixed the leak in the faucets. I would highly recommend this company!

    wonderful service

    our old toilet stopped working on a sunday morning. I called WWP and someone was able to come that afternoon. the toilet needed to be replaced so the repairman discussed with me the options. I made my decision and he fixed the toilet so we could use it until the new toilet could be installed. a few days later he returned and replaced the toilet. the repairman was lovely-friendly, clear communication and as a bonus he showed me how to clean a part of my furnace. And he likes dogs. I have used this company in the past for my kitchen sink and was totally satisfied with that experience also. a reliable and dependable service.

    Kitchen sink clog, dishwasher connection, drain repair, installation of new main shutdown valve

    Inhad a clogged pipe inder my sink and a leak. I also needed to have my dishwasher reconnected as it was not properly connected. Samuel came when promised, explained everythibg, worked very cleanly. He was polite snd took care of everything. He advised me to install a second shutdown valve in the basement since I had only one old one. All together this was a big job very well handled. I am happy with the results. They are pricey but very professional and reliable and it is reassuring to have plumbing work taken care of in a professional and reliable way.

    new kitchen fast and emergency
