    Faucet replaced. Was right on time, very courteous, cleaned everything up.a pleasure to deal with.

    Had a leak and no water pressure. Michael came out in less than24 hours. Had a faucet in the truck, replaced it. The whole job was done in less than an hour. Left the premises pristine.

    Great work!

    Michael the owner and a master plumber was on time. Diagnosed the issues with four taps and fixed everything in less than two hours. Wore booties in the house. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly. Fare price. I highly recommend this company.

    Superb Service Highly Recommended

    We called Water Works Plumbing for my father because of a very clogged drain problem at his property. As always Michael was very professional. friendly and solved the problem quickly. I am very pleased with how Michael operates and would not hesitate to recommend Water Works Plumbing to my clients, family and friends.

    Prompt, friendly service

    Had two clogged sinks and after a quick and friendly chat with the receptionist, Mike arrived in a few hours. He was professional, quick, quite tidy while working, and provided us with different cost options for the repairs. We are very pleased with Waterworks and will call them again.

    clogged bathroom sink

    I phoned Water Works Plumbing in the morning for a clogged bathroom sink and less than 3 hours later Michael,their master plumber was on the job. Professional and courteous. I was quite pleased with the service and I feel that I have a plumbing service that I can rely on.

    Bathroom repair

    As soon as Michael arrived, I knew right away I was dealing with a professional! Friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Not only was my bathroom repair done in a timely manner, but Michael also fixed two sinks (complimentary)! Over 30 years experience and it shows! Competitively priced with a satisfaction guarantee! I will definitely continue to use Michael's services and confidently refer him to family, friends, and clients!!

    Great service as always!

    Plumbing problems are never fun, but it's nice working with the pro's at Waterworks. Second time using them and again, they came out quickly, called ahead when they were on route, were friendly, upfront about prices, and completed the job. I've tried a few plumbers, and these guys are the best I've worked with, so I'll keep coming back.

    leak

    Mike and his team were great. They called before they came and were able to be at my house at the early end of the time-window they gave me. Mike was extremely thorough and gave me great advice.

    Outdoor Tap Replacement

    Mike did a great job replacing our outdoor tap and internal shut-off. He came the same day and was incredibly polite, clean and efficient while he worked. While Water Works might not be the cheapest out there, the service is fabulous, totally transparent and completely trustworthy - that's a rare commodity these days.

    3 years of professional and friendly service

    We have been using Waterworks plumbing services for the past 3 years for various plumbing issues. It is a real pleasure to have seen Michael work. His knowledge and technical know-how is extremely impressive and on top of that, he is always so courteous and freindly. I cannot recommend the team at Waterworks enough.
