Review from HomeOwner Review left on 8 Dec 2009Rating: 5 out of 5We liked Mark from the moment he started talking. He wasn't just there to sell us a new furnace/tankless hot water system (like everyone else seemed to), he REALLY knew his products. He answered every question in detail without hesitation - it's like he dreams about this stuff. We wanted to change the location of the (new) furnace to make some room in the laundry/furnace room of the house we just moved into - I love the new space so much that sometimes I find myself just standing there in awe of what G Force Air has done! Mark's four men turned up on time on the day promised and worked a VERY LONG day without ever stopping for a break. They removed everything that was no longer needed from the existing (mess) furnace/hot water tank, returned the rental tank for us, & had someone collect the old furnace from the front yard within an hour or two after it came out. He even arranged for someone to clean the ducts before we started up the new furnace. This is NOT one of those companies that takes your money & runs. We would DEFINITELY recommend Mark & his crew to anyone & everyone. Our 14 month old daughter liked him too & she's a hard sell (tehehe). Thanks Mark for everything, & you will be the only person we call for the new gas line when we do the new kitchen!Review from Ian Fitzgerald Ian Fitzgerald

Recently I moved into a 35 year old house. When I went to connect my gas dryer, I discovered that the connection fittings were a different size and the flexible hose left by the previous owner was completely ruined. Evidently he ruined it when he disconnected his dryer and left it that way. I was unable to do connect my dryer and do laundry. With the place still a mess and clothes needing laundering, I called G Force Air to do the repair. Mark came in on very short notice and fixed it up in just minutes. He also did a quick visual inspection of the furnace and provided tips on how to make it more efficient. I'll definitely be calling these guys again. IanReview from HomeOwner HomeOwner

We contracted G Force Air Inc, particularly Mark Giannousopoulos to install a new gas furnace along with air conditioning, air cleaner and humidifier in our home. Ours was a unique case in that although our house has a second story it was an addition and the gas heating did not go to the second level. Part of the job was to install duct work to enable the heating system to go to the second level. The job done in a very professional timely manner. The crew was outstanding, polite and very accommodating. I would not hesitate in recommending your company to any of our friends.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner
Review left on 24 Nov 2009Rating: 5 out of 5HIGH EFFICIENCY FURNACE, AC, AIR FILTER, WATER HEATER
High efficiency furnace, air filter, air conditioner and water heater. We had been looking for sometime to replace our old furnace, when we met Mark from G.Force in August 2008. He was very informative and recommended that we replace the furnace and air conditioner at the same time to make our whole system more efficient. Mark brought to our attention several government incentives to minimize our overall costs. We had an Ontario Home Energy Audit done and we also used some of their recommendations making our home much more energy efficient and comfortable. I was still hesitant to install the A/C because we would not be using the A/C for months. However, Mark assured us there would be no problems and that he would come back in the spring to start-up the A/C, which he did. The installation was done quickly and neatly without a hitch. Mark filed the paperwork necessary and we have received all rebates. They (G.Force) were friendly, courteous and we would not hesitate to recommend or use them again if necessary. Mark and his employees have provided excellent service at an excellent rate and I'm shocked to read a bad review on this site...wonder what the other side of that story was...Mark recommended excellent product, did the installation in record time and yes...we had problems and Marc was like a dog with a bone, coming back, no charge to ensure that the job was right: (some pilot error on our part, but Mark is an excellent teacher and some problems with the air conditioner from the manufacturer end, that he resolved himself very quickly).Review from Ray Ray
Review left on 23 Oct 2009Rating: 1 out of 5Install a ductless Airlux unit
Mark, Woody and another person who I forgot installed an Airlux ductless ac at the back of the building on May 1, 2009. I was a bit worried when it took two days for them to install and it didn't look like they knew what they were doing. The unit never worked and after numerous phone calls they came back on May 14 to recharge the unit since they weren't sure if they had charged it in the first place. It still didn't work and would only blow warm air. After numerous emails and phone calls on August 14th, 2009 I received a replacement unit from the manufacturer and G-Force refused to install it with me paying again. I had to pay another company [name removed] the installation fee to get it done. The only reason I got any response is because I contacted the BBB and they said I should contact the supplier and installer one more time before they take action.Answer from pro:
Ray, I apologize for the inconvenience and but I find your comments unfair and unjustified. The entire issue with you're unit was a manufacturer defect and had nothing to do with the installation. I have done my best to rectify the situation, returned several times and replaced refrigerant at my own expense. I contacted the manufacturer on several occasions and did facilitate communications with Airlux on your behalf, which helped get you a new replacement unit, at no cost to you. We were willing to install the new unit when you received it, but you did not respond. We have been installing and servicing these ductless units for almost 15 years. We have many factory authorized training certifications and most importantly strive to to our best job every installation. There was never a concern regarding the look of the job or its professionalism before. To state a concern after the fact is wrong given your satisfaction at the time. We strive to resolve any and all issues that may arise with our customers and we'd like to do the same with you. Regards, Mark

I first had G-force come a few months ago to replace a seized furnace blower motor. While he was here, I mentioned that the furnace kept "cycling" on and off while bringing the temperature up by a couple of degrees and that 3 different technicians had told me it was normal. He took a few minutes to simply increase the fan speed and...problem solved! I then had him back last week to clean the furnace. Again, he was much more thorough than anyone else who'd been here. He took the time to remove the blower assembly and got deep into the furnace to clean everything, including all the hoses, the fan, and whatever else is in there. Finally, just before he left, I asked him how much gas a fireplace pilot light used. When I told him mine was off, he explained there are several reasons why it is better left on and then when ahead and lit it for me, no charge. I highly recommend G-forceReview from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I first met Mark when we were looking for a furnace and air conditioner for our house after a huge fire that gutted our house. We had spent a year dealing with all kinds of contractors and Mark was by far the friendliest and most helpful. He came in first to give us a quote and was so generous with his time in explaining our options and taking the time to educate us on the products available. Working with several contractors at the same time, he was quite flexible with scheduling and was able to look after us in a timely manner. His quote was lower than the previous quote we got and we felt like he went the extra mile trying to educate us. The installation went smoothly and we were very happy with his service. He has been doing our maintenance every year since and each time he comes out we are impressed with his service. He recently came out for one these maintenance calls and we were further impressed when he clearly communicated the rebate offers available should we want to upgrade. He truly goes beyond the call of duty each time he comes over. I have recommended his services to all our friends who have inquired about heating and cooling needs. Sincerely Thomas Kerr.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I just purchased a high efficiency AC from G Force Air. I am very happy with the advice mark has given me about the different models and choices. I got 3 Quotes and Marks product knowledge and communication skills was head and shoulders over the competition. Thanks Again.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I had G-Force come in and fix my air conditioning. They gave me cheaper options that wouldn't require me to buy a new unit or replace expensive parts and, to top it off, they even cleaned the area around my air conditioning unit!
