My A/C died a while ago. I got the runaround from a couple of contractors until I found G Force. It was the beginning of July 2010 and the crazy humidity had started in earnest. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone who could get the job done quickly. After calling the company, Mark, the owner, showed up the next morning to give me an estimate. It was the best one I had gotten. Mark was able to arrange for a an appointment to do the work within about a week. Unbelievably, he ended up squeezing me in even earlier. He sent a crew of 4 guys, all of whom were courteous, polite and worked their butts off. There were some complications because of the layout of my loft, but they were able to fix everything up in a half day. The crew was even doing all the work as my 2 German Shepherds were following them everywhere. They also left my place cleaner than when they first arrived. I would recommend G Force without hesitation, even to my Mom. Seriously. If you want professionalism, fast and efficient service at the most competitive rates anywhere, call them.

G Force was one of 4 companies we asked to quote on repairing/ replacing our furnace, adding a ductless unit to our reno'd 3rd floor, and moving some bsmt duct work. Mark G came promptly and more importantly, came armed with a boatload of expert advice, experience and respect. (You'd be amazed at the attitude I've seen from some service providers when they encounter a woman who is directing home reno projects. Hello 1850s, not-so-nice to see you again.) He quickly assessed the problem with our furnace and provided intelligent recommendations & a thorough quote. Woody and the team worked very hard for a long, long day installing the new furnace and moving our ductwork, as did the team that installed the ductless A/C. Mark came by several times during our multi-phase project to provide advice, answer questions, and address new issues as they arose - such as moving a 3rd flr vent on short notice - and was great about providing the appropriate paperwork for green rebates, etc. Full marks for great work as our 'partner' in our reno project; I have already recommmended to friends & family and will continue to do so.

Competitive pricing. Offered good alternatives and explained reasoning for same. All costs identified up front, no surprises there. Excellent communication. Good workmanship; professional and personable staff. Viessmann and Rinnai units installed effectively, the former took a bit longer than anticipated, they stuck at it until the work was done.

January 27th and we needed to replace a 20 year furnace and AC unit before the January 31st deadline in order to qualify for the various rebates. I saw the reviews about Gforce on Home Stars and contacted Mark, the president. He was on time for the estimate and was the only one of 3 contractors who had specific model nbrs included in the price quotation. As promised, the work was done in 1 day!. I got several quotes for the installation of a dual ductless air conditioning / heat pump unit. When we met Mark we knew before he gave us his quote we wanted to go with him. He was very professional, friendly and explained everything very clearly for us. We were happily surprised that his quote came in the lowest. They came out a few days later and completed the work in 1 day. Their clean up after completion left my property cleaner then before. Called this company to fix a boiler issue - they were super fast to respond and correct the issue. The project cost me about $650 to replace a motor in the boiler. The, repair, however created a new issue with the boiler that's taking a bit of a while to get resolved which i'm not thrilled about.

Mark did a great job, saved me money on heating costs. Also installed tankless water heater and my daughters can shower for hours with no complains. They work very clean, No mass in the house like they never been there.

I needed to get a new furnace, and also wanted to get rid of the hot water tank that was leaving us with cold water most of the time. I shopped around, and had several companies come in and take a look at things. Mark was the only one to show me why I had problems with the old system, and also showed me work that wasn't up to code, and told me what should be done. The other bozos that came in just wanted the money - Mark was different. I decided to hire him, and I couldn't be happier. I have a warm house, and the tankless water heater is a dream. We had problems initially with the tankless water heater - they returned my phone call within minutes, and were on my doorstep the next morning to fix the problem. I got a fair price, and excellent work. I would highly recommend Mark and Woody from G Force Air.
