I have used Antonio on my last house for a cleanup of some old wiring. He did a great job very quickly and neatly. He gave an estimate for the job which was reasonable and he actually charged less than he anticipated! Of course I used his company when I moved to my new house (this time it was Laureano who did the work). I am very pleased with the work which I was able to observe as it was in progress. They worked nights and on the weekend to fit my job in between larger projects. I have no complaints at all and am impressed with the cleanliness neatness and the polite,professional and friendly attitude of everyone that I dealt with at Java. I receommend them to anyone.

I had to add 2 potlights to a kitchen and 2 new pendant lights over a breakfast bar. Being handy, I fully expected to perform the work myself. I learned two things very quickly; the floor joists above as well as an HVAC duct, ABS and pex lines for the ensuite above ran right down the middle of the kitchen ceiling. I knew I needed to call a professional. I first contacted some of the higher rated electricians on HomeStars and most were very busy; some asked me to wait a month for a quote! I called a few local electricians and they all said I would need to cut out the ceiling to avoid major damage. I even went back to the electricians who worked on my house and they agreed! Not satisfied, I revisited HomeStars and contacted Java. Antonio agreed to come out the next day to provide a quote. The price was not only considerably lower than just about everyone else, he assured me he would not cut into the ceiling! While Antonio was in our home, I mentioned to him I had to hang a very large chandelier in the foyer and he offered to bring his big A-frame ladder so I could borrow it. How could I say no to that?!?! We booked him for the reno and agreed to a date and time to begin. When Antonio and Laureano arrived, Antonio insisted on NOT starting the work we hired him for until he assisted me with the chandelier first (which I was supposed to install myself!). Once the chandelier was hung, he and Laureano began working in the kitchen; that's when I realized Java was not your typical electrical company. They were more like magicians the way they completed the project. Not only was I impressed with the expertise of both Antonio and Laureano, I was blown away by their professionalism and manners. They involved me in every step of the process, teaching me a few tricks about electrical work. They went over every detail to ensure we were happy along the way. By the time they left, they felt more like family than two strangers who were in our home to provide a service. Our kitchen was stunning before we added the additional lighting, but now that we were able to accomplish our reno without damaging the ceiling, our kitchen is even better and I am certain there are not many people out there who can do what Java did. I can honestly say we expecting to pay a lot more for the reno considering how much effort was involved and where most companies were less eager to take on the project, Java was more concerned with our happiness and the end result than anything else. This alone is the reason you should be contacting Java for ALL your electrical needs. We're already looking forward to having Antonio and Laureano over for our next project! Thank you so much guys. I found Antonio to be extremely professional, prompt, courteous, conscientious, and fair. He took the time to review our home and the specific concerns we had, and took the time to explain what services would really be necessary; we thought more work would be necessary than there really was! I was very comfortable with Antonio's review, and estimate of services which would be needed. When the date came for Antonio to come and complete the work, he and his assistant were both friendly and professional, taking the time to answer some further questions. When the jobs were completed, they were careful to ensure each workspace was neatly cleaned, and demonstrated how each project functioned properly. Antonio would be my first choice for any future electrical jobs.

I called Java Electric and they came by the next day for an estimate. Their estimate was very reasonable and they were ready to work that day however I had other committments. They came by the next day and they arrived 10 minutes early. They changed 11 light fixtures and installed a stove hood in 3 hours which was an hour less than the estimated 4 hours. They were extremely patient as I didn't have all the required light bulbs. They supplied 2 bulbs for the stove hood, at no charge. They improvised when one of the motion light fixtures was too high to fit over the garage. I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism and will definitely refer them to friends and neighbours!

Antonio was recommended to me by my interior designer. He first came for a consultation. He was the epitome of professionalism in his manner. There was no hard sell like I've seen with others trying to convince us to have our whole house rewired. He sough to understand our needs, provided some recommendations, and set date. He was transparent in his pricing and insisted that his work be inspected by the ESA (he makes arrangments for you). When he and his team arrived they were friendly, professional and took care to avoid soiling the house. I found them to be conscientious and collaborative. When they were explaining to me a part that I required for a fixture, they were incredibly patient and took the time to ensure that I had clarity. In addition to the inspection, I'm confident that if I were to have any issues, Antonio and his team would stand behind their work.

Antonio walked us through and fully delivered on completing one days work in our unit. Based on our experience working with Antonio and Pavel we would describe their electrical service as, professional, top quality, timely, clean, friendly and delivered with integrity! Antonio and his crew (Pavel Junior, Laureano & Jazmin) worked to rewire our entire home, add additional outlets, an outdoor light and to install a bathroom fan. Antonio was prompt and professional from the time he quoted us, throughout the duration of the work. His pricing was fair and competitve, he explained everything, and he and his crew were all very courteous and tidy. They patched walls, where necessary, vacuumed work areas and were accommodating to all our requests. We would highly recommend Java Electric for honest, fair and quality eletrical work.

Java Electric deserve a Gold Medal from us for outstanding Customer Service, Quality Workmanship, Reliability and Promptness, Fair Pricing, and an unbelievable “Can-do, no problem” attitude towards achieving an excellent result! Outstanding Customer Service: We have just moved into a condo/townhouse from our family home. Before we sold our old home, Java electric inspected our wiring, provided an estimate, and performed multiple tasks ranging from installing GFI’s to replacing aluminum/copper wiring. Upon completion they arranged to have an inspector review their work and provide us with a certificate that guaranteed the household wiring system to prospective buyers. They performed the job on time and on budget. “Can- do", “no problem” Attitude: Upon arriving at our new condo/town home we were told by a contractor that my wife’s request for pot-lights on the middle floor of a 3 level condo were near impossible and would require expensive ceiling repairs. And also, my request , for recessed electrical outlets, and recessed electric connections for an “invisibly wired” flat screen television/computer system were impossible. We were about to give up, and then we remembered Java Electric. One visit from Antonio at Java and his response was “NO-PROBLEM”. On his first visit he installed recessed electrical outlets, fished wiring through walls, installed a recessed box to invisibly hold components, he even fished the cable wires through the walls at the same time. Quality Workmanship: Our flat-screen television now sits on the wall with out a trace of an electrical wire. During the installation, Java Electric covered the hardwood floors with tarps, they took the time to prepare the job-site, and when finished we couldn’t tell any work had been done. We are extremely satisfied with the result. Java have the capability to install pot-lights and wires seamlessly, with no apparent intervention with existing ceilings and walls.Reliabiltiy and Promptness: We were given a day and time when the work would be started. Java gave us a specific time and they were there on time as promised. How nice it was not to be given a “window” between 8am and 5pm. Fair Pricing: Java told us that Customer Satisfaction is their main goal. From our perspective they over achieved that goal, we received outstanding value , there were no surprises. Going forward, we will use Java again, and we highly recommend them to others.

Java Electric removed all the old knob & tube wiring and re-wired our 3 bedroom 80 year old home. They also placed cable and telephone receptacles where needed and extra outlets and switches where required. We hired them because we knew they would do minimal damage to our walls and would do everything up to the electrical safety code. They did a patch up of every hole they had to make. They started with the upstairs and then worked their way down to the kitchen ending with the panel in the basement. If you're looking for hard-working, honest electricians who do quality work, then hire Java Electric.

Laureano and his partner showed up on time and proceeded to knock off the requirements in record time. They replaced a blown circuit breaker in the panel, replaced several receptacles and switches and installed 5 light fixtures. They provided advise on other work. They were professional, neat, quick and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone regardless of the size of your job.
