We could not be any happier with the job that was done by Ben and his team. They showed up on time, were very friendly and accommodating to a situation with a difficult neighbour. The attention to detail could not have been better on the roof and the clean up after was perfect. Use these guys if you need a new roof.

had shopped around and gotten a number of quotes to replace my roof. It's a mix of peaked and flat roofing and the porch roof at the front was badly damaged due to neglect by the previous owners. When I spoke with Ben (Luc's son) I was instantly taken by professionalism, insightfullness, and the interest he showed in this project. I could tell he truly enjoyed his craft and would do a great job. Ben and his crew showed up bright and early on the day the job was the start, and stayed well into the evening ensuring they had effectively cleaned up any debris from the days work. The same occurred on the subsequent days of work. Not a single nail was found on the lawn or in my neighbour's garden. A testament to the care taken by Ben and his crew. The job ended up taking a couple of days and I couldn't be happier, the rotted porch roof was perfectly repaired which my neighbour is very happy about. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work, and are excited by our new roof. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucs Roofing to anyone.

Luc, Ben and team replaced our leaky roof (everything- boards, shingles, vents, plumbing stacks) and did an outstanding job. We did get three quotes, but it was clear from the start that Luc and team were superior to the rest. During the quote Luc checked on things no one else bothered to- he went up on the roof, around the house, in the attic and sat with us at length to discuss our options. He was answered all our questions and helped us pick a shingle that matched our house beautifully. Ben and team worked 10 hour days, with as little disruption to our family as possible, and clean up was excellent. The quality of their workmanship is second to none and they were honest, helpful and always ready to answer our questions. After giving the wildlife a pond/spa on the flat portion of my roof on my home for a few years, this past winter finally did things in and started leaking with the spring thaw. After a couple of weeks of searching and hearing other roofers say "we don't do flat roofs", I stumbled upon Luc here on Homestars. After his initial visit to take a look at my wildlife spa (my sagging flat roof), I was concerned that the roof was going to be a huge job, since all of it needed to be re-built to put a slope back to allow water to run off. Both Luc and Ben provided huge relief as they explained what was needed and done. It was actually pretty simple, take off the old in sheets, add new sloped rafters and cover it all up again. One day to pull off the old, one day to re-build, last day to add the new roofing material. I couldn't be happier! I'm watertight again, no animal conventions on my roof overnight since the spa is now gone, and best of all, the roof should last for the rest of the life of the house. Thank you so much!

My husband and I just purchased a 1920s house and we knew its gable roof and flat roof needed work. Plus, the house is 20 inches from a neighbor, which adds to the complexity. Luc's Roofing did an amazing job with both the quality of the work and the quality of the service. From my first email interaction with Luc Corriveau, owner, I knew we would be in good hands. The quote was done by both Luc and his son Ben, who is the one who does the actual job with his crew. Luc offered exceptional service by coming over with all the shingle samples plus bringing larger sizes of our favorite picks. Also, in the case of our house, there are electrical cords running right over the roof, so Luc made all the necessary arrangements to get the line protected to ensure that the project could start without issues. All I had to do was sign the contract, which he hand delivered to us. He told us when he estimated he could start the job and stuck to the schedule. The entire project took 2 and a half days and Ben and his crew were fantastic! Ben answered all of our questions and kept the job site impeccably clean and in order. I am beyond impressed by this company and would recommend them in a heartbeat! My husband is a licensed plumber and knows a lot about the trades and he was also quite impressed by them, which says a lot. It's not often you meet people that you find not only professional but also, kind and who sincerely take pride in the work they do. Merci beaucoup Luc & Ben! :)

This was expensive because the house is 100 years old and layers and layers had to be removed, and wood had to be replaced before the roofing could even begin. Even our neighbours commented on how supportive this team was of each member...and polite, clean, efficient...a pleasure to work with. Luc was the roofer we used back in 1980 when we first bought this house. His son Ben now heads up the crew and is as honest and generous as his father.

I'd hired Luc's Roofing a few years ago to fix a shoddy flat roof on one part of my house, and they did such a good job that I hired them again to replace the shingles on the rest of the roof when they needed to go. The crew did a fantastic job at replacing the shingles, bringing the attic ventilation up to code, and cleaning up after themselves. The quote was also accurate and competitive. I also really appreciate that the crew protected my garden from damage. All in all, Luc's Roofing is a reliable company that does good work, and I definitely recommend it!

Luc's Roofing was great. They came when they said they would, They worked really hard, protected the gardens and our neighbors in really tight conditions and cleaned up like they were never here. The roof looks fantastic.

The quotation given by Luc covered all the work needed to be done, no extra costs necessary. Their work was meticulous, even to covering plants to prevent accidental damage. When completed the site was as clean as it was before they started.
