The surface of the flat roof over my extension was old and needed to be replaced. I also had some other roof-related questions. I did some basic research. Luc's recommendations were the most helpful, so I contracted the job to him. I shared the same experience with every other positive reviewer on this page. Ben and the crew were courteous, accessible, and professional. And a few weeks now and a couple rainfalls after the job was done, the flat roof up close still looks way better than it has in the past.

Ben is the type of roofer you want to do your roof. He is very detail oriented and a perfectionist. His crew is very nice and polite. Our to do list: water/ice shield, whirlybirds, more vents, new exhaust cap and chose the more expensive heavy duty shingles. The roof is beautiful and heavy duty. Their workmanship is top notch! You can trust Luc and Ben.

We have been using Luc's Roofing over 20 years. This year the extension, with a skylight, needed to be assessed. They came promptly, made their recommendations and what we feel was a very fair quote. Custom skylight was ordered, job scheduled and work completed within a matter of a few weeks. They did a great job. Ben and his crew were prompt, polite, professional. They dealt with unforeseen problems quickly and efficiently. They got the job done in 1 day. One long day for them, but they did stay to see it through. Other than the finished project you would never know they had been here. We look forward to doing business with Luc and his family for many years to come.

Probably a job of the century, removing a layer of old slate and two layers of asphalt shingles from our steep Victorian roof accessible only through a heavily landscaped front yard with two mature trees, numerous shrubs and flagstone retaining wall and pavement. Ben did a massive set up to protect the house, front porch and landscaping. His crew worked here 3 days, cleaned up thoroughly (!!) at the end of each day, making sure there is no debris left on the sidewalk or on any neighbour's property. I did not realize how truly great Luc's Roofing is until yesterday when my neighbour's roofers showered my house, porch and front yard with broken shingles and other debris, damaging my front door and porch divider and cleaning only superficially at the end of the day. No comparison!! Ben even saved me one of the original slate shingles and two square copper nails from the old roof. Now we have a beautiful roof with high quality shingles that will hopefully last a long time. Once again, a job exceedingly well done. Thank you.

Luc came promptly to do an estimate for one of our flat roofs and his advice was extremely helpful. The job included dismantling and disposing of old roof terrace and everything was completed on time, within budget, with extra care and with an incredible attention to detail. The crew was meticulous, punctual and responsive to our needs. Ben even negotiated proper roofing treatment with our neighbour who changed his roof line and adjustments were needed. Perfect clean up, too. The price was reasonable. The company is true to its motto, absolutely. We can highly recommend Luc's Roofing.

Luc's Roofs replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, they cleaned up the work site and did the job within budget and time frame. I would highly recommend them. From the time Luc quoted us until the job was finished we were kept up to date when the work would start and the how it proceed.

Luc was very responsive to some roof damage and determined that part of the roof needed replacement. He performed this soon and did an excellent job. He has done other roofing replacement work for us in the past at this house, as well as at our other house in Toronto. His prices are in line with Toronto standards, and the work is always first class.

Luc's Roofing was fantastic. I recommend Luc and his son without hesitation. They were cheaper than at least two of my other quotes, but they did a top-notch job. They are honest, reliable and hardworking. They leave the job site so clean you wouldn't even know they were there (except for your beautiful new roof). We ordered all kinds of add-ons at the last minute (carpentry on the support beams, metal leaf guards on the gutters, etc.) and they managed it all with ease. At the first meeting, Luc came to my home and carefully explained the job, including the type of shingle, venting, cleanup, etc. He put together a quote on his laptop while we spoke. He even advised me about the colour I had chosen - he showed me pictures of his previous jobs and suggested I walk around the neighbourhood with his samples to think carefully about it. He recommended against a very light colour I had chosen for my dark brick house. Luc made at least two trips to drop off different sets of samples so I could be sure of my choice. I went with his recommendation and am so pleased with the result. Luc's son, who actually does the roofing with his team, was similarly fantastic. He e-mailed me a couple of days in advance of the scheduled start date to let me know they were planning to start, but that there might be a weather delay. In the end there was a two-day delay, but he e-mailed me each morning to give me an update. I don't have a single criticism, and I'm a fairly difficult client. Hire Luc's - you won't be disappointed!
